I am impressed with the customer service of UHaul. Starting with the rental pickup location in Eldorado Springs they were super friendly, helpful, professional and well prepared to help me figure out what needed. I ended up interacting with some of the customer service staff during my rental and they were the same. Very helpful and polite. Complete without the nonstop upselling or upgrade offers that virtually everyone in customer service are doing these days. You all STAND ABOVE THE CROWD. Well done and you have earned my business in the future. Thanks for the good ole fashion personal interaction and no push button requirements to just talk to a person. Love it.

Michael REveryone connected with Uhaul did a great job for us. Unfortunately, we chose the wrong size truck and had to take some of our belongings to a storage unit at the last minute but it was no fault of the people helping us move. They are all very nice and accommodating people.
