The u haul was nasty. It had cigarette ashes everywhere inside and butts in cargo. I'm not a smoker. Inside windshield could not see at night from nicotine. Disgusting. Nothing to do with location previous renters. Moving blankets clean and neat.

The truck was not where I requested it to be. The operator at the location where it was located was not there when I came to pick up the truck. He did not return any of my calls when I left him numerous messages. I waited over two hours for him to show up. He finally showed up after I found out how to contact the regional supervisor. He is apparently trying to run several business at different locations, and he is not prepared to run any of them.

The employee renting the truck failed to tell me that each day over would be 40 instead of 20. Also I was not told that the 20 for insurance was a daily charge. I feel employees should know this info so that other customers are not over charged especially since I didn't even go over mileage.

After hours drop off was convent but they did not check in my equipment. I called ahead to let them know I would need to drop it off that night.

The location was rude and almost 2 hours late opening. Did not have the dolly reserved, left early so we had to leave the keys in the over night box even though it was 3 in the afternoon on Saturday. On Monday I received the recipient and we were charged 3 days of rental for equipment that was used for 6 hours and also charged for 3 days of rent for the dollys we didn't get. I contacted Uhaul and they did right by us reversing the incorrect charges.

I did not think to check the mileage on the truck before I left. I ended up paying for an extra160 miles. The one way trip I took was only 142 miles. The odometer was not checked off properly by staff. The loading ramp came completely off the truck when I pulled it out to use it. We could not fix it and had to unload the truck without it. Very disappointed with uhaul

I had scheduled a week ahead of time. When I arrived to pick it up at scheduled time, no one was there. I came back an hour later, and the uhaul wasn't even there. I had to wait an hour and a half to finally get my uhaul. It was a very poor experience and I will not be going back.

This location was 50 miles from my nearest two U-Haul locations. I had reserved several dollies, some of which this location did not have (reservation made weeks in advance). Extremely disappointing. One utility dolly they happen to have had a flat spot on the wheel which made it virtually useless. They had to rummage through piles of junk to get all of my blankets together. They should have known I was coming and needed dollies and blankets that I reserved and had them ready.

This is not the location I requested when placing my rental request online. The truck had not been cleaned. There were cigarette butts on the floor and the truck smelled. It was also not an easy drive. The alignment seemed to be off. The rental location did not have the dolly that was requested. I had to take the smaller utility dolly that was on the truck.

Didn't have the pads I ordered, which were suppose to be delivered. They sent me to another location to pick up the pads. The other location knew nothing about it. Thankfully, they did have the necessary number of pads, but had to go through the whole paper work process again.

This location has a gravel parking lot. Some areas are softer when wet. It would be nice if areas had more gravel to disconnect car transport.

First, when someone schedules a pick up time and location, a week plus ahead of time, have the unit there on time. This is the third location, as I had scheduled for 8am originally, found on pick up day it was scheduled noon instead. Also, at the original location they claimed they could not confirm my pickup. The corp office then found a unit 10 miles away, that actually was not there. Then I had to drive another 2 miles to get a ready for retirement unit. I felt as though I was forced to take it since I needed it to move my kids home from college. Going to the Dentist would be a better experience that renting a haul. This unit was beat up, the lights worked right at pick up but were intermittent on the road. The rear roll down door was creased at the bottom, there was wrinkles in the fenders and sheet metal. There was a huge scratch a third of the way up the front, all the way across. It did not travel correctly, it seemed to make my truck pull to the right. I feel like I will buy an enclosed trailer before renting a uhaul ever again. The turn in was no better. They wanted to keep the originals of my contract and gave less of a crap then at the pickup, where the guy was jacked up on post surgery pain killers. I would say my ratings were pretty generous for the experience.

the location is very cluttered with junk and when you enter the building there is junk laying everywhere. The employees at the location were unable to help me check the trailer in, I left it and they did not check it in until the following day. I will never use this location again.

I understand people have to do what ever they can these days to make money but as a customer, there was no "care" for my comfort. No chairs for waiting, no water, no restroom, etc... I stood in a cluttered appliance maintenance shop.
