I paid in advanced so I could have a no hasstle experience and it was the opposite. They had my pick up and drop off location wrong my online confirmation showed the correct addresses and when I got the confirmation call it was not explained I needed to go to another location, when I got to the location where they had my truck they took 35min to release the vehicle to me, the drop off location was 10 min away from where I had selected, and again, I wasn't informed of this and only realized because it was written in my receipt. Horrible experience, I will take to twitter.

Back parking lot was narrow, difficult to get in and out, and TONS of potholes....There were a few homeless people, who looked strung out on drugs, that were hanging right outside the door. I felt unsafe, and uncomfortable. Would NOT go back to this location.

This was overall a very bad experience. The staff was not friendly and made me feel very awkward through the entire process. I had pre-ordered services over the main customer service line and the staff at the location argued over giving me a dolly and I told me 12 moving blankets were too many and would only give me 6 when I kept insisting I had already ordered 12 over the phone. I set up 24 HR rental and he gave me a hard time about that too. He then argued with me over insurance after I declined and stated in an insurance agent and know what I'm covered for. The drop off was just as bad. He did not say one word to me when I got there but simply took the keys. He still had not spoken one word though the whole inspection process after drop off. After going inside to pay he finally gave me my total and gave me a hard time about how many miles I drove, told me they were a lot and continued to ask how many trips I made. The questions were not conversational and it was very uncomfortable throughout everything.

first of all i get charged for mileage when I left the store got to my destination there was a padlock on there, So i called customer tghe lady told me that she talked to him and he wasnt to charge me mileage suppose not charge me mileage and i was charged

Customer service was poor and the receiving person would not look at the interior loading compartment to show it was cleaned. He said we will call you if there is a problem. I asked him to check the vehicle but he would not.

I rented the truck and drove to my moving location but upon arriving I realised they did not unlock the tailgate door and so I had to return to the rental place (bobs bottle shop) so they could unlock the door. They agreed not to charge me for the 10 miles that they made me waste (not to mention the time that was wasted) by not unlocking the door. The clerk made a note that the milage was 33888 at this point. However, on this bill the starting milage is 33878. This is wrong. It may only be a small dollar amount but telling me you won't charge me for something and then charging me for it anyway is horrible customer service.  Don't tell me that you are going to make things right and then charge me for it with the hope I won't notice or I'll just let it slide.

The truck was dirty and the box was not swept out. The owner of the liquor store, who runs the uhaul franchise, was not that helpful in going over the paperwork. When I returned the truck, the person manning the store had to put me on the phone with the owner to clarify details of returning. I only had a copy of my original paperwork when I left the store. I had the guy manning the store "initial" that I only used the trick one day as opposed to the three days that I requested. The guy never ran my card at that time and I'm hoping I don't have a 3 day charge on my statement instead of 1. The hassle of getting credited is annoying.

The location is a liquor store which is okay but for a woman alone, it was a little uncomfortable just because the clientele was already waiting for the place to open at 7 a.m. weird! However, the truck was ready, facing forward to enter the main street, it was in great shape and performed very well. I would use them again - just a strange experience for one not familiar with such establishments. Thank you!

I have rented approx. 100 truck rentals in the last 38 years for business and personal use. This was the best truck rental experience I have encountered to date. Extremely smooth on line. Truck was clean and excellent running condition. Easy pick and drop off. It was under my goal of $100.00 for a 20' Truck. couldn't be happier.

The customer service was horrible. He didn't even speak. Instead of servicing me, the next person in line. He looked over me, to the person behind me and serviced her. She was there for something other than uhaul service. That was very rude and not at all how I expect to be treated as a customer. I would never use this place and neither will I recommend this location. When I went to return the truck, the second person was rude as well. He stated to me, they will call me tomorrow with me total.....I didn't quite understand why. So he called someone to explain and they didn't explain. That person basically stated the same thing. I asked to take a picture of the gas and miles on the truck, incase the wrong information was documented for my check in. He wouldn't let me.....So, I called uhaul customer service because I wasn't sure why I couldn't get a final total and why the guy was so rude. The young lady told me I could check in online and I did so. During the check in, I had to take pictures. SO, again I asked to take pictures of the gas and miles...He got upset and told me to just take the truck home since I don't trust him. SHOCKED is an understatement, as to how I was feeling. I told him the check in process online, showed him where it asks for pictures etc. Then I did my check in. I HATED THIS UHAUL LOCATION!!! I will review it 100 times and my feelings will remain the same.

Made an online reservation on Sat for Sun. Got there and was told the owner wasn't in today and he was the only one who did the rentals. They had my email address and phone number but hadn't made any attempt to contact me to let me know the rental was cancelled.So they're happy to take my reservation and credit card but not so happy to keep the reservation. Definitely am not recommending these people. I wasted an hour hunting down another rental truck.

I agreed to return the vehicle by 1200. When I arrived at 1150 to return it, the door was chained shut with a sign saying "back by 1245." I left the keys locked in the van because I did not have time to come back that afternoon to check it in.
