Overall the experience was good. The truck was there on time. The instructions were clear enough. However couple of things to improve: 1. The video instructions are old and adapted to us customers 2. The trolley was very dirty 3. The lock is old and it took a while to be able to open it 4. We returned the equipment on time but 1h20 min later I got a call asking if I want to extend. It was a bit confusing. It was sorted out. However the pricing is legit and the service is well organized. Gracias
