Having the appointment pickup location changed three times and the time changed once made this a frustrating experience. Dropping off the vehicle I was brushed off with â€œwe'll bill your credit cardâ€ I wasn't given a final invoice. I've rented vehicles before and uhaul seems to be haphazard with there process
Sorry but 3 time changes and additional fees that almost tripled original quote. Never happened with uhaul before...
I did not get the vehicle I requested at the location I requested. It got the job done, but I should have paid closer attention the confirmation. The vehicle was not cleaned in between rentals. There was a pop bottle under the seat and a sticky steering wheel. Very unsettling during a global pandemic.
Everything was handled in a professional manner. Quick easy rental and return. Friendly staff.
Make sure vehicle is not double booked when arriving for reservation pickup (had to choose another vehicle as the one I booked was already taken)
I emailed the company with regards to cleaning charges they put on my receipt but no response on explaining what it is for as the truck is not dirty when I returned it.
Very quick check in procedure when Zi picked up my rental. Very clean and new van.
Better directions to find office
Vehicle operated find overall. But there was a noise in the front end driver's side. Also the driver's door would not close properly and needed oiling of hinges desperately. Thank you...
The employees is rude. I have to tell her my credit card details aloud. She told me that the card slider was not working. She told that I have to wait the whole day to process my rental of u-haul. This is not acceptable practice. Earlier too I have given a complaint. Do you take the information seriously. The other staff members use the slider for my card information.
Truck was very clean and customer service was excellent. Highly recommend this location.
The employees who works, the day I have take is worst to deal with. Never picks up the phone. Even left a voicemail. Called her when no customer in store to test. The other two ladies were very good to deal with Thanks
My only suggestion for improvement, is if the original location the customer has reserved at (in my case with over a week's notice), please give more notice. I was texted/called less than 24 hours before my pickup time with an alternative location. I may have been able to find a truck at another location closer to where I was going, resulting in lower mileage charges. Otherwise the customer service rep was very friendly and explained everything to me promptly. I've used U-Haul before and likely will again in the future.
The check in was confusing and we wasted an hour of our move in the phone. That being said the lady we dealt with was more than helpful & very friendly - we appreciated all of her help! There were two other groups there to pick up trucks and all had the same problems as us with picking up their truck. The checkout was simple, clear and seamless. The cost was low and the truck made the move a one trip move which was nice.
Worst experience I've had with U-Haul. Very poor quality of service the girl on location was rude. I understand given the global situation but how many people actually can rely on these online programs. We had a difficult time picking up the vehicle delayed our day by 30 min.
The person who helped us was awesome!
Better location and more helpful staff and pleasant staff not so rude and to have more time inbetween rentals better and more convienent drop off locations
