The whole environment was really grotty. My vehicle was parked half on the sidewalk having been reversed up the curbstone. The inside of the vehicle was filthy. It looked like somebody had been transporting building material and there was dirt everywhere. I managed to clean it out before loading my stuff. The online of cellphone pickup is a great idea but a real pain. Surely just one identification is required along with a phone call to a friend. In any case there is still someone to check your Identity before you take the vehicle. They also have your credit card details.

Trucks should be well inspected and well maintained. It is vital to customers SAFETY. Also did not get the truck I reserved per customer service SAID that it was at that location and I had to take a box truck instead!

Truck was reserved online but pick up took longer than it should.
Attendant repeated stopped to assist purchases of others, gasoline, lottery tickets, cigarettes. There was some trash in the cab and back of truck from previous renter. Gas gauge was close to 3/4 but not exactly 3/4 full. I will rent from a different location in the future.

The last 2 times I've rented from this location I was double charged for the extra mileage. Not sure why this keeps happening. I would have used a different pick-up location but they didn't have the size truck I needed.

The owner/rep was just rude. Not helpful. Gave me wrong drop off location that may not have been his fault. This was not suppose to be the initial pick up location but despite me having to adjust that does not negate his rudeness.

Better staffing required. Only one clerk working at the store during pickup and they refused to come outside regarding the vehicle. He just pointed his finger "it is over there". Poor parking choices when leaving personal vehicle for truck rental. When I was returning the vehicle, the clerk called out the door "we are closing leave the key in the box". Then he shut off all of the parking lot lights leaving me with limited visibility to park the 17' truck in a narrow space next to other trucks, clean out my personal items from the cabin and the rear storage area. My money should be refunded because of the high level of disrespect during pick up and return.

The gas take reader was off during travels I put gas back in it and had proof of the picture of the gas I put in and still charged me for gas. Will never use this location again.

Nothing! I did everything online and it was very speedy, no hassle and was easily handed the key when I showed the email! Very friendly as well, but best of all no waiting.

There was a mattress and two drawers still in the Uhaul when I picked it up. Both front tires were nearly flat. I had to have roadside assistance come out and fix them.
The lot has trash and discarded furniture strewn about the back of the property behind the Uhaul trucks.
