I've never been asked to help attach the equipment. The trailer had wiring issues. We had to stop and gave the connector on the trailer replaced. From the amount of damage to the wires I doubt we were the first to have trouble.

The look of the truck was excellent but the truck clearly needed brake service & turning the wheel sounded rusty. It hesitates when slowing & stopping. The customer service was great, the employee was very nice, courteous, informative & patient.

Small office where I felt I was in the way the whole time there. A fellow was doing some kind of inventory and there is not enough space for them to to do anything except gas station type activities

The truck had a check engine light on and it died on me, delaying my move.

The tow dolly was modified so the ramps were not functonal. Instead of pulling them out and then dropping down to make the incline for the wheels to go up, bolts heald the ramps rigid and the entire tow dolly had to go up by raising the tongue to create the incline. This meant you could not attach the hitch to the truck when you were putting the car on the dolly. You had to jam the fixed ramps under the wheels of the car with the dolly tongue raised. Then you attached the comealong to the truck and the car. Since the dolly is not attached to the truck it moves when you try to pull it on. You have to find something to act as chalks to keep the dolly from moving. When the car reaches the tipping point of dolly the tongue slams to the ground. I made it work because there was no alturnitive or cell phone service where I was. When I returned the dolly l was pissed! I told the man he gave me a bastardised tow dolly and his response was "nobody else has had a problem with it." I left the tow dolly and the man and called Uhaul customer service.

Upon picking the truck up I meaning me had to put 5 quarts of oil in it, the next day I had to add a gallon of antifreeze, the front end was out of alignment and the tires unbalanced. It did not make for a very comfortable 1000 Mike ride

They didn't have the dolly I specifically asked for, which was very frustrating. I had to go to a BP to pick it up.

I reserved a truck paid the 50 dollar fee to guarantee the reservation only to have someone call 5 pm the day prior to pick to tell me that the truck was unavailable. I had to travel an additional 11 miles to another location. This added an additional 37 dollars to my bill. You can start by honoring the reservation guarantee.

Extremely easy/smooth pickup and drop-off. Attendant was very friendly and helpful and easy to do business with. Will definitely use this location again if/when the need arises.

Hidden fees. Your rental states that you could rent a vehicle for $19.95 per day yet there are fees for miles, insurance, blankets, hand truck and other items. These add-ons cost the intended renter more financial harm than good often sending that $19.95 to well over $300 at times. My suggestions is to make renting an inclusive process, (vehicle, insurance and up to 50 miles) a norm. I experienced this today and was disappointed however had no other choice because I needed to move. Other than that, renting was a quick process and the person was knowledgeable and polite.

The owner was excellent I was going to cancel my reservation due to a problem with my previous bill which caused a flag to be placed on my account. The owner was professional and kind even allow in me to sit while he helped to clear up the matter. I will definitely go beyond any closer location in order to rent from this owner again and will recommend to friends and family but not to enemies who will simply have t use a regular owner.
