Terry H.The location was supposed to open at 9am. No one arrived until 9:30am. Also, they did not have a utility dolly or blankets as I had reserved. Why reserve accessories if they aren't going to be available?
THURSTON F.The drop box for keys needs to be labeled better or a sign saying where it is and they reallh need a lot forbtrucks to be returned. I had to leave it on the grass right outside the main lot.
