Computers down but understand that issue. There should be process for handwritten paperwork if computers down. Turned truck in 4 pm Friday, took a while to ‘work thru’ no computer issue (confusion) but finally truck was checked and NO COMMUNICATION that fuel didn’t match what was needed. Said he would call when check in put online- never called. Was charged $7 today for fuel shortage so bad customer service/poor communication. Will try not to use this location again. Second bad experience.

The transmission in the truck we rented struggled to move into the next gear. I am sure this impacted gas mileage and over all engine wear and tear.

Pickup and dropoff locations were fine. My problem was with your customer service reps on the phone. They shouldn't need all my info just to answer a simple question about current closest availability of specific equipment, and transferring me to another rep so I can wait some more and then give them my life history, too, is poor service. Also, I was sent by Uhaul 20 miles beyond my preferred pickup location, which is not really a surprise or a problem, but then I was charged nearly double the amount quoted on my equipment reservation because of the change in pickup location?. Thankfully someone actually did help me with the refund of the amount over the quoted price. So suggestions- Always charge what you quote no matter where you have to send someone to get the requested equipment. Give ALL your customer service reps access to info about current location of equipment and stop training them to pry my phone number and email address out of me before they answer a question.

This was the 4th time I’ve rented from or returned U-Haul to this location and EVERY TIME there has been 45 minutes to an hour to check out! Even when I prepaid and did express online check in. They don’t know how to handle U-Haul rental. I’ve heard the same from several others. Horrible service

Hurt my back unhooking the trailer as the attendants refused to help. After that they made me unload and wanted me to bag the blankets. This has never happened during any other rental. Planning to call my attourney in the morning about my doctors visit concerning my back.

The guy I rented the uhaul from didn’t know what he was doing. He said at least 5 times “I have no idea what I’m doing.” The return process was just as difficult/frustrating. I will never use this location ever again.

The person renting the truck to me seemed to have very little experience on what to do and it took a long time. Truck was not clean. I would not recommend this location.

Lady was by herself no one available to help hook up trailer. I am 72 with heart and back trouble. A walk in customer volunteered to help me, otherwise I don’t know what I would have done. This place is not customer friendly.

took 45 minutes to pick up trailer even though I had reservations AND used on-line check-in. To make matters worse, person handling rental could not remove insurance even though I requested NO insurance both on line and via check in. They said person with more knowledge about rentals would be able to adjust for insurance when I turned in trailer. This was not the case. Attendant wrote on copy of contract that I had requested no insurance and signed the copy. Called today and have waited all day without a return call from UHaul. On top of this, the same thing happened a couple of months ago with another trailer rental from this same location. That time it took an hour to get the trailer. More trouble than worth so did no pursue insurance issue then. Last time I use UHaul if any way possible.

Very good very nice very clean very fast service and because my trailer lights did not work I had to use my emergency blinkers all the way from South Carolina to Georgia so time I got to Georgia my car battery was dead and the lady at the Uhaul jumped me off very helpful

Had to wait 45 minutes for paper work. Lady working that morning had never done one before had to call two people to help her. So, although I had gone to the store 4 days before rental and given them all the information including credit card information.

The location is so busy with their regular customers, I felt like an intrusion while picking up our truck. Maybe I was there at a bad time, picking up at 8am on a Monday.

This location is a truck stop/convenience store. When we went to drop off, there was only one person working the whole store the entire time, so we had to wait and wait to be able to return the uhaul and get our receipt. The lady was nice...not her fault! But they should have another person to help.

Do Not charge someone's card over something that could have been cleared up right then and there and not even communicate with me what is going and, charge my card for not having enough fuel in the truck. We thought we had enough. All you had to do was tell us then and there, we would have driven BACK to the fuel pump and put more fuel in the truck! After all, you are a travel fueling station.
