You may need to pay your employees more. They look and act less than thrilled to be there. Also when I rent online in Easton I don't expect to arrive there and be told that my rental has been changed to pickup in Allentown because you don't have the trailer that I just booked 15 minutes ago online. Why would it appear available if it's not there? Frustrating.

Everything I great !
I would not recommend UHaul to any customers. Will suggest a competitor instead. Equipment received had a nonfunctional door which led to several problems throughout the day.

The process to return the truck was very easy.
I initially signed up for your after hours pick up. That service absolutely SUCKS. Spent 1 1/2 hours Friday night trying to pick up. Kept getting kicked off the site asked for more verification. I had an early morning appointment to use an elevator to move in. Missed that. I will never use after hours again and will rethink using UHaul at all. On a different note the staff at the Easton location was great. When I showed up at 6:45am Saturday morning and told them what happened they took care of me right away. The service they gave was excellent.
Everything was awesome good customer service
equipment was defective (door lock)-- fouled up my trip. phone response time was terrible. check in time way too long. 800 # is a waste of time.
Manager there confirmed everything, but failed to mention any location and I assumed I would go to pick up where I set up pick up online. No one took responsibility. Manager left early, wasnt there both times I went in for pick up and deposit. No one called me back even after complaining. Extremely poor experience.

This was the worst experience . I was supposed to get my truck at 1 on Wednesday from the phillipsburg location and the guy called and said it was gonna be late then called me back at 4 and said truck wasn't coming at all. I ended up going to Easton location who didn't have size I needed . I can go on forever but u don't leave enough space. No one gave me any type of credit I ended up paying more money for your screw up and was on phone with uhaul for 3 hours someone should make this right!

I made my reservation about five days prior for contact free rental. My truck and agent were not ready when I arrived at my preplanned time. I had to come in and do everything I did on line at the counter. The appliance dolly was also not on the truck. I lost a single bed box spring because the compartment above the driver in the truck took on water. I have always had good experiences at this location. I will choose a different location or brand for any future rentals.
There was an 20 min wait in store before being able to pick up the van.
The location are not the ones that messed up, I'd say it was the call center because our experience was a nightmare. It was a headache from the beginning all the way to the end when they changed the drop off location on us. I will pay the $100 more and use a different company next time because this was absolutely terrible and made an already stressful day 100 times worse.
The Easton location was great, the High Nridge location I will Never do business with again. They took my reservation, confirmed it and when I went to pick up my trailer it was not there and they were closed. They never mentioned they were closed on Saturday and I was given a confirmation call that morning. Cost me 3 hours

Called twice and left a message for the Gen. Manager Franklin Perez. My truck rental did not have a driver's side sun visor and I had to drive west into the sun. Furthermore, there was a problem with the transmission. I should have received a discount because of the problems, but Mr. Perez would not call me back.
To whom it may concern, I am thoroughly disappointed and disgusted with your employees behavior during our visit yesterday. My grandfather and i had rented a u haul yesterday from 4pm to 7pm. Your employee Juan not only neglected to wear a mask in your building where " masks are required" but when we asked him if he would be there at 7, he said yes. But upon our return two minutes to seven, he refused to let us in the building. We were waving and knocking on the door, ALONG with another pair of gentlemen who had showed up at 6:50 and lo and behold, the doors were already locked. Your employees refused to acknowledge us. Their negligence to tell time is not our fault. I am outraged at the way that they handled themselves and your buisness. It was extremely unprofessional and childish. And if any extra charges are added to our credit card because we had no choice but to use the mobile check in return, I will be disputing it. We were there on time, and i have time stamped proof. Your employees need to be more focused on their jobs and their customers, instead of how quickly they can leave their shift.
Use this location often and very happy with the professional help. In this case, though, I only did a drop-off after hours.

The truck was basically clean and well maintained, The seats had some crumbs on them and there was an item left from the previous renter behind one of the seats. The guys were helpful.
