Store not even open at 11 am in the morning put the keys in the drop box and they called the next day to ask when I was bringing it and I told them it was already there I got the email with the final bill 4 hours after there call.

Joseph KLocation closed early No message or person to redirect us. went to the actual location that we booked the pickup. They were HORRIBLE!! Would not help at all, made their own associate cry! Made us drive back to Cell solution and use the lockbox which didn’t work with the phone version we had. Had to call a friend to help. We will NEVER use haul again. Your customer service is disgusting and we will make sure everyone who follows or friends us know this as well! Terrible experience!
