Although this location accommodated me with a secondary solution, the vehicle I initially reserved, wasn't there. This was the second time and second location in one week, where I arrived to find no vehicle present... after speaking online and on the phone with a manager. 1. Your iPhone app DOES NOT let my iPhone capture the pics I took of the van I rented. The pics supposedly uploaded to your app server but they are not in my iPhones photos? That is unusual. 2. The inside of the van's cargo compartment was hosed down and thoroughly wet (it was not dryed). I'm not sure how it is cleaned but, that was also unusual (to have a wet cargo area). 3. Why would I have been charged an extra $20 if I would have brought the van back when the rental location was closed? I thought that I could have brought the van back at anytime before the rental period of 24 hours if I'm renting with your mobile iPhone app? Is this not the pointâ€” not having any contact with the rental location staff? This was told to me by the location staff. I returned the van before closing time. I expect not to be charged an extra $20. 4. If I would have not been at the rental location when opened and staffed (if that is what you call it), I would not have been able to rent a hand dolly. I had to ask for it â€” it was not in the van.Rene G.

First, I reserved a truck 2 days before only to find out that the day of pick-up, there was no truck for me. I ended up going to another location to get the truck. This really inconvenienced me because I expect better service from U-Haul. As for the maintenance of the truck, there were signs that someone used it before me by leaving candy wrappers in the cab. The person who I received the truck from did not go over the truck with me to make sure I wasn't taking an un-inspected vehicle. U-Haul needs to do better with reservations.Fermin F.

Allowing clients to activate their pick up online from a computer. I had difficulty with my cellphone network is was unable to access my online check in for over an half hour. Also, requirements for activation the pick up should be done the day the clients books a UHAUL it should not be required right before the UHAUL pick up time is near.
