Salesperson, I believe his name was George Hall, that helped us out was awesome! He did a great job answering all our questions and explained the process fantastically! He is a fantastic employee you should give him a bonus or something because he is a very hard worker. I have had issues with employees in the past with U-haul so I was hesitant to use them but because of him I will use U-Haul going forward into the future as my first choice.

the back of the van was dirty and had a lot of hair, possibly dog hair. I had to sweep and mop it out before I could use it. The employees were nice but very busy.

I reserved a 15 foot truck only to find I had a 26 foot when I got there. Also when I went to return the truck they have knowhere to put a 26 footer so i had to find another location. The $50 you gave back cost more than me that in gas and I had to hold up traffic to unload the truck in addition to the time I lost at pickup and return.

Try having enough staff. One person was helping 10+ customers. As a result she made multiple mistakes to my reservation that UHaul has yet to correct. Additionally, she let her frustration spill out and was a bit rude. The equipment had warning lights for oil/gas on so had not been maintained after prior patron.

Wait on people in the order they come in. The agent knew I was there, but served two other customers. She acted like it was my fault. Granted, it was busy and hectic. Maybe get a number system if people have to wait around.

Service was horrible! Was told to go out and find my own truck by the number on tag! They were too busy. Trucks were located behind building and across a plaza parking lot! Seriously? I go on a scavenger hunt for my truck, find it, start it up, it says right rear tire low put air in tire. I go back in to speak with sears clerk (who was very busy with other customers but still no excuse) and she looks at me and says "does it need air?" Like I know? I am a 55 year old woman moving my son to college, I said I don't have any idea? I thought it was your job to make sure the truck was ready for the road? She says well all I can do is wait for road side assistance, do you want me to call them? Well I want you to do something, I need this truck today! Then I asked if she could transfer me to one of the other uhaul renters in the area and she acted like I really put her out. She made a call and told me there were no other trucks the size I needed. I then asked her what about the other two they had and she stated they were already rented. I asked where were the people who rented them and she replied they had not come to pick them up yet. So I asked why she could not give me one of them and have this one serviced in the meantime since they had not shown up yet. Her response was "they reserved before you"? Again, what? where is the common sense? After waiting for 40 minutes for someone to answer her on roadside assistance my blood was boiling! I finally said, excuse me, if I take this truck and I get a flat tire is Uhaul going to come and take care of me on the road. She said yes there is a number for roadside assistance. I said fine, I will take my chances. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS LOCATION. I did everything on my end to expedite my pick up. I realized I did not reserve until 6pm the night before but I paid online, did express check in online and still took almost an hour to drive out of there with a truck with issues! And no one there really seemed to care. Must be something about East Liverpool because four years ago when I moved my daughter I used another location and they were almost as bad.

I understand it is your policy not to assist customers with unloading cars from the dolly, but to stand there without giving any direction or offer to help, and insisting a 50 y/o woman (with debilitating RA) in the cold and wet, climb on the ground under a car, then tell her to drive the dolly around back to unhook it, by herself? Is just ridiculous. He wouldn't even look for traffic while I was backing off of the dolly, almost hitting a car. If this is your general policy, I will not recommend this site for drop off, and will tell others to use the service with caution. Also the truck was out of alignment, which caused dangerous circumstances while driving in the rain and wind.
