The truck was clean and seem to be maintained until we went to put gas in and found that it had a hole in the gas tank so we lost a lot of gas. Not faulting the Palmetto Wood Company. We hink someone may have done this and they were unaware.

Was told to return the U-Haul with atleast how much gas that was in it when I picked it up. (72mi) Returned it with 110 miles worth and was charged for 3 gallons of fuel.
WILLIAM KThe person that dispatches the U-Haul did not know how to do The paperwork took nearly an hour he had to call somebody to teach him how to do it.

CHRISTOPHER PDon't charge them or whether two days when they picked it up on Sunday at 7:45 am and returned it at 9:45 pm. Those extra 2 hours does NOT make another day's time!!! Charge me a prorated rent, fine. I'll happily pay for what I used, but this, this screams "Theft by Deception", contract or not. Ugh!!!!!
