The location has a clear billboard sign but the office itself was not clearly marked and we couldn't figure out where to enter. The employees from next-door were able to point us in the right direction, but the office was locked.The personnel is in and out and is not always there during business hours. We called and were told that they would be there until 6 but there was no body there and we could not get through by phone, calls kept going to voice mail. They arrived about 10 minutes later to accept our auto transport.
Straps were a little torn. Picture didn't reflect the pictures online from what I was picking up. Online application to input the damaged photos timed out every time. Got fed up and too my own photos and didn't upload them.
The staff members were professional and timely.

I dropped the truck off before this location had opened and dropped the key in a lock box. Received an email to confirm that the transaction was complete. Simply process.
Very kind and friendly people. However, from what the associate told me the owner has two locations and the main business is a car dealership. The boss is the single point of failure when it comes to returning equipment and issuing receipts. If you have multiple businesses then you cannot be the only one who can return equipment and issue the customer a receipt. The associates there tried their best, we're cordial, and tried to provide everything I needed but at the end of the day, I needed a receipt for the U.S. Army to reimburse me. I turned it in on Monday and it took till Thursday to get a receipt. This is after multiple times calling, no answer; visiting and no one there during the posted business hours; and multiple times being told that the boss will email and call/text me when it's sent. The current standard of returning procedure is to log your e-mail and name on a pad of paper. This is part of the problem. The second and most critical part is the associates there need to be trained how to return equipment in the system so my trailer isn't in limbo for four days! The Uhaul 1-800 number couldn't do anything to help me out because they hadn't returned the equipment in the system. If this problem persists it will only get worse from here. I try my best to be fair and honest. I hope this helps fix the issue.

Verify inspection of rental actually properly maintained. Wheel came completely off car dolly. Either lug nuts not torque to spec or balancing off wheels not completed causing large amount of vibration to wheel studs.
I was send from I haul from across as street from United vanlines is located at 8201 Lockheed dr El Paso,Texas 79925 and I have the worst experience i was send to location 6342 airport drive in El Paso Tx the y told me that they open at night my customer drove me there the owner of dealership i call you customer service at 9:45 am what's going on he mentioned he was in that back when they was a pad lock in the store just to let you he arrive at 10 :20 and still took him 20 minutes to do that rental agreements I have to take sometime to forget that bad experience sincerely business Carlos Godina trucking
The location was destined as seemed from a third party. I had the equipment reserved already; however the gentleman was not in when I had went to pick up the item. This cause such delay to my plans and I had to call region to solve the issue.
I never received a call to confirm reservation from this location and when I tried to call nobody would answer and the voicemail recording listed a different number.

Location did not have supplies to purchase equipment reason for that is they just started with u-haul. They were not knowledgeable with equipment. But overall they were polite and respectful. I think it would be beneficial if someone from the company go and train new comers to the business.
