The app wasn't very clear about how to get the code to unlock the key box. At first it said now that you've got you vehicle start this, but we hadn't got the keys then I restarted the process and went through and it gave me code after that step, but we could not have gotten in the vehicle yet to do that step so we had to back a third time to complete that step.Cynthia W.

Customer service was very poor. Merchant was not able to do his Duty due to age or health issues the U-Haul truck was dirty it had not a full tank of gas and the merchant charged us for insurance when we said we did not need insurance it took over 30 minutes to be able to collect the Uhaul. And then when we returned it Uhaul he charged us for gas and for for insurance which we did not ask for it we had put the gas back where we originally gas left off. He also used a racial remark towards my husband .This location was very poor dirty and would never rent from there again.darryl B.

When I arrived for my rental, the business was not open. The associate was slow moving and when I finally got the key 30 minutes had passed. The associate did not give me the furniture pads that I had included on my order. (I was reimbursed in cash After I returned the truck) When I returned the rental I was told I'd get a receipt in the mail. He actually did not close out my rental At all, and I got a call from U-Haul the next day asking me to bring their truck back. If you don't mind the wait, or possibility that U-Haul thinks you kept their vehicle go for this location!Jontue A.

The owner at this location needs to not represent your company. I booked a â€œcontactlessâ€ pickup and my rental was the complete opposite. I was scheduled for a 7am pickup and when I opened the lockbox the keys weren't there because the owner decided to make me wait until he came and unlocked his store to get the keys from him in person.. Then when I came to drop off the truck I had to once again meet him in person in his store. Then he made me wait for him do an inspection AFTER i already did the online drop off confirmation. And lastly he tried to charge me an additional $14 after i already paid for the rental online. Worst rental booking experience ever.desean H.

The gentleman who helped me was rude from the beginning then after he realized I was upset he told me to smile, I reminded him how rude he was during our first interaction. He took a long time and was rude again when I asked why he needed to know my address. This location should not be allowed to represent U-Haul as a company. The location is a very unclean, and unorganized liquor store. Although I did everything online to ensure a speedy transaction at the location, the person at this location still took 20 minutes to process the transaction. The equipment itself, was in extremely dirty and unwashed condition. I am not a person who normally complains, but I have used U-Haul services many times before in the past at other locations and I've come to expect a certain level Of tidiness and professionalism that goes along with U-Haul name. I will continue to use U-Haul but not at this location. I feel it important that your company knows this information as it reflects up on your company's business name.Freddie S.

Horrible!!! I used the check in from your phone feature to â€œcut you wait time in halfâ€ and that was pointless! The oldest slowest man alive working the seedy LIQUOR STORE where I was redirected from my original location took forever to do everything, i still had to do all this paperwork, show my license - all stuff I already did online - in between him helping liquor store customers. Then he had to lock up the store while he walked us out to the truck. This location was much further out of our way from the original location we booked the truck for and I had to bring it back out there or pay extra to return it at the closer location. Clean the human urine and waste around the truck . I almost vomited nearly five times while driving. The truck smelled like it had been used for a restroom. I was on a time restraint I could not go to another location. I've used uhaul for the last 30 years, this location is beyond my worst imagination. Uhaul has always had great trucks at a reasonable price. Truck ran very well and I informed my drop off location. I'm not looking for anything for my miserable rental I just hope I never have to be in that position again not able to go elsewhere.Michael L.
