smooth pickup from reservation - no problems; friendly lady; convenient hours - I needed to move some things at the last minute so I was grateful that they were open early on Sunday morning and had what I needed.

let me say first that this was the worst experience I've had in a very long time., and I don't say this lightly. I don't know how this lady stays in business. i'll start at the beginning when I arrived she didn't have my reservation ready so we had to wait for her to prepare it which would have been fine with in itself alone, but this lady tries to give me a contract to sign that has specs of black ink on it looking as if it has been out of ink for months without being replaced. I asked her why she would expect me to sign this agreement when it looked like that. She respond with something to the sound of look man its the same thing as your email or some rude statement . I told her that I worked for HP and would be glad to help her get some ink ordered but her main concern was with how much it would cost, as if she had time to shop around before it stops printing legibly. ok here comes the icing on the cake that makes me want to never support Uhaul again. When I return to the location with the truck my 70 year old father who's a disabled veteran, went to the restroom and was verbally attacked by this woman. She screamed at him as if he had been a vagrant on the street that she had caught defecating in front of the store. She knew who he was because he had given her his identification as a driver of the truck. She seen him walk into the store and knew he was going to the restroom. When I confronted her about disrespecting my father she tried to spout off about her safety. I think the most humiliating part of this situation was that , several people had been n the store and witnessed this women acting like my father didn't deserve the respect of just being a human being who was in need of some relief. She had the nerve to tell us that it was not a public bathroom but tried to change that argument when a old white gentlemen proclaimed that she had to have a public restroom if she served food.. she didn't respond to his statement she just kept on screaming about my dad just going into the restroom and not even asking her and blah, blah, blah. I don't expect anything to come of this but I feel better just documenting this because I know for a fact that the level of nastiness that this woman displayed to my dad was explicitly because of the color of his skin. I would bet my life that this woman would not have spoken to an elderly Indian man, nor would she have spoken to an elderly white man that way, but this is the time of the 45th president and the death civility. I wish I could say it was nice doing business with you, bbut nothing could be further from the truth.

The location said that they opened at 8 am, my reservation was for 8 am. My wife confirmed that they opened at 8am with the store owner. I waited from 8 am till the owner showed up at 9 am. Five other people were also waiting outside. He seemed to think it was our fault. Never again.

Unfortunately the retail location I had originally reserved the trailer no longer had a trailer available for me and I was called to change the pickuo to this Dunwoody location. I arrived and did realize this was a Uhaul location since it is a mini-mart location specializing in lottery tickets. The associate at this Dunwoody locatiion had no idea how to operate the online reservation system. I already had a confirmed reservation, but she needed to continually call her boss to figure how to validate the reservation. Took 45 minutes and just decided to start a new reservation and then she could not figure out how to apply the discount and had to call the area Uhaul service rep who was able to help her to correct her lack of knowledge. Notwithstanding this aggravation, I still love Uhaul and the places I use in Sandy Springs and Charleston are awesome.

I make the request through the wep site and receive the massage that your van is ready at Doraville location (as per my request) i was their at a degree of 34 degree but nothing was their . after my call they transfer me to Dunwoody Food Mart . Payment : Through the site the rate was $88.- with 150 Miles when i return the van they charge me $119.63 for no reason and the mileage was 138 . Hope to receive your comments & action as soon as possible.

Lot was full, no place to park trailer except on a hill on the entry drive, so had to find something to block wheel, no help at all from person at the location.

The food made was not welcoming at all. The clerk was lazy and impersonal and did not want to check any of the guages himself. I would NOT recommend.

Charged me $31 in gas for a 10 mile trip. It was $4.25 a gallon for gas if I did not fill up so I was basically charged for 7 gallons. 10 miles does. It equal 7 gallons.

The inside cab of the truck smelled horrible when we picked it up. The truck was in great condition, but the inside just smelled so bad.

Equipment: the 4x8 trailer assigned to me had a tire that was almost bald & needed to be replaced. I was concerned about it, but being it was the only 4x8 there I took it. No issues while I had it. The 2nd problem was that it was missing the wiring harness to extend to a vehicle. Location was in a convenient store. I almost missed it! The girl who helped me was very friendly in helping me get checked in, but that was the extent of the help. Once I had my contract in hand, I was on my own in hooking up the trailer. Fortunately, I had done this many times & was familiar with the process, but I'd feel bad for someone who was new to the game. I was also surprised that they didn't check the trailer when I brought it back.

I was quoted one rate and charge another which was significantly higher. I am not pleased. Agent couldn't log into the system so we spent 45 minutes waiting while they rang up food mart customers

We had rented a bunch of blankets, which the attendant helped us fold up and verify. The whole time she was so sweet, and asked how our move went and what brought us up to the Atlanta area from Saint Cloud. We felt like we made a friend and welcomed us to the neighborhood. I wish I could remember her name, but I will always remember her kindness.

I had a reservation at another u haul location near where I live, 30338, and a rude lady from location where original location called Me hours before me picking up the truck that I reserved saying it was not drivable and had no other trucks available. She was so rude and had me on hold for 15 minutes and would not help me. Thank goodness I drove passed the other location at store that rented u hauls and she was great.

The truck only had 1/4 tank of gas when we picked it up which meant we had to put gas in the truck before we started the move as opposed to just topping off again at drop off. Atlanta was also in a run on gas and we spent $95.69 on gas and the 1st hour of our move looking for a gas station with gas and waiting in line to put gas into the truck. Other than the gas issue, the truck was well maintained. The truck had 3/4 of a tank when we turned it back in. I would request reimbursement for the extra 1/2 tank of gas that we provided to U-Haul.

Coke bottle and cups in van. I think it had been used by the shop attendant. Mileage out was also a couple of miles fewer than when I got it...and gas wasn't 100% full...was 99%. However...I wasn't bothered and the attendant couldn't have been nicer. I will go back there.

This was the absolute worst nightmare of a U-Haul experience I've ever had and I use them often I was very dissatisfied with the truck and the customer service and I use that term very loosely just horrible don't ever use this location ever the lady who checked me in was extremely racist just bad service and a horrible reflection on U-Haul I really want my money back
