I have never obtained a trailer from a uhaul and had to hook it up by myself, until THIS time. Well, my husband picked up the trailer and received no assistance with connecting the trailer to our vehicle. I will not rent anything else from this location.

Your online help was not accurate and set me up for a 15 ft truck from another location. The other location had to call me to let me know they would NOT have the truck that your online help set up for me. This made me have to call back your corporate customer service and then set up the truck AGAIN this time with Valero - wasting my time. Valero was good and had their act together - your corporate help not so much.

Where do I even start. When I made the reservation it was to be in one town, had to go 30 minutes out of my way to get a truck. I get there and they dont have my reservation. Then when I go to drop it off that location hasnt been a uhaul dealer for over 8 months. This has wasted so much time and money. I have had to pay my movers extra money for all this disaster!!!!

Vehicle was low on gas. After driving 5 minutes the less than 50 mile signal for gas came on. When I returned the vehicle I had some issues with needing to refill gas tank and the proprietors mislead me and I got charged additional monies I was not made aware of. I felt like I got ripped off I called uhaul 1-800 number to file a complaint and I was told a field manager would call me and I never received that call

I would recommend this place to a friend if and only if it's a convenient location for them. Furthermore, you might want to provide some extra time in case they don't have your truck. This location is a gas station, so this may be a pick up point. Initially, the operator of Valero indicated that our 26' truck had not arrived and the 26' truck that was parked out back was reserved for someone else. He indicated that ours was still out on a rental. This was the only inconvenient issue with our rental. Even if our rental truck is out with someone else, there should be a replacement in its place ready for us. Ultimately, the attendant provided the other 26' truck to us and gave us the dollies we required. It's a convenient location because you can fill up your truck upon your return.

The person at the front counter could not help me when I came to pick up my truck. He called someone else who had me go through my information all over again. It took 15 minutes and I checked in early to avoid this delay. The customer in the establishment was speaking very racially angry and the clerk did not reprimand him. I am a woman and I felt threatened. The truck was filthy and the clerk just handed me the hand truck to take in the back and didn't even check the truck.

Excellent customer service! Since this pickup location involves entering a gas station, maybe a sign or some sort of visible direction on the gas station windows to let UHAUL renters know to go inside the gas station, and not look elsewhere for a separate facility entrance, would be significantly helpful in saving time!

They had my reservation set for the wrong time and wrong location. NEVER contacted the location to verify like she told me she did...even after I called into customer service before picking up the equipment. She (customer service) told me she corrected the time and she didn't. The 2nd location didn't have the equipment needed so I had to go to a 3rd location and come back. Although the (check-in) attendant was helpful but had no idea how to assist with the equipment. Upon returning, I was charged twice even after I told the attendant that the charge had already been ran on my card. My previous experience with Uhaul was troublesome as well and I requested to speak with a manager...never happened. Apparently customer service and service retailers aren't at all in sync. Perhaps it's the standard and now...to be expected.

The location is hard to get to. You have to drive past it and then come back around due to the location. Also, I completed the online registration information and still had to do that again at the uhaul place. Waste of time doing online just to hold up picking up the truck and giving the same information again. Also, I was told to wait as the gas station had customers that came in after me and he pushed me aside to wait on them as they were his priority and no me, even though I had a time constraint.
