This place and the person who supposed to help me was the most unprofessional thing it ever could be. I had an pick up at 1pm. I reached there 12:30pm. There was no one to attend me. I was given his card from some random guy at that place. I called Frank twice and he picked up the phone and told me "why are you keep calling me. Why are you so early? When is your appointment? It's at 1. I am only coming there are 1." When he came to check me in, he also told me, "why didn't you fill out and check in online? Now I will have to fill out your information in the system. It's too much work for me. You should do it by yourself next time." I mean I like UHAUL and its trucks, but I would never like this type of unprofessional service. This might make me go with other company such as Budget.

It takes half hours to process the pick up truck by mobile phone. The Fuel is not as same as they recorded, then, I took a picture and upload to their system. However, u-haul still charge me the fuel as they recorded.

I had an appointment for 1:45 pm and no one was there. The location was closed. I had to call and leave a message and eventually someone called me back and asked if I could just hook up the trailer myself. Upon return I was overcharged. My agreement had declined all insurance but I was charged for insurance which was a 40% up charge from the original bill. I submitted an issue with the bill but was still charged the full amount and no one has followed up. Someone needs to call me or I will be contacting my credit card company for a refund.

Owner of location was not working that day even though the location was suppose to be open. I had to unhook the 5x8 trailer myself and leave it.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Told him there was an adjustment to my original contract and that the fuel level he has in his system is not correct. Kept telling me that he doesn't need to look at the contract. I told him again I was charged incorrectly for needing additional fuel and that there is an adjustment in the original paper contract that takes note of this. Told me to call Uhaul to handle it and hung up on me.

The owener was friendly and was very helpful. He called me a day before the rental and said I could come pick it up if I wanted too. That was so helpful in my move.

Gas tank wasn't full. It was difficult to refuel to same level it was before using the car. My suggestion is to refuel the cars before making it available for rental.

U-Haul should not have it's name associated with this location as it does not represent the quality of the good name that has been created over years of good customer service.

location was primarily a car lot - even though we called and they said they'd be open until 5 on Saturday, we got there at 4:15 and they were closed. We put the key in after-hours drop box, but as of Monday morning, the truck hadn't been checked in - had to call to get them to check it in on the U-Haul system.
