The company should have the renters information on a nation wide system so that each location can pull up anyone who is going to drop off a vehicle. Had no problem dropping off the rental but the location could not pull up my information. Although they had my information though the contract, they could not give me the receipt since your offices close around 7/8 and I was dropping off around 10:30pm.

U-Haul Contract 29474851 This is outrageous…. I never rented a dolly or furniture pads. I used the truck less than 3 hours. And the bogus fuel charge is just plain THEFT, and yall cannot even do it right… do you notice that I drove like 6 miles? Pluss I added gas. I called to see if I could extend my rental time and the owner proceeded to yell in my ear and state that I had to be back on time. He then hung up on me when I asked that he stop yelling and speak in a normal tone as I was. I was very professional with him and did not yell or use profanity so there was no reason for that type of treatment when he could have simply stated that I could not keep the truck any longer.

Subject: Fire We were stuck on a busy highway for 4.5 hours waiting for u haul to fix the trailer we picked up less than one hour earlier. U haul eventually took the trailer and provided No replacement. Refund the charge for the trailer and provide compensation for the motel room we had to use that evening and the gas consumed while waiting for u haul to fix the problem. We eventually had to continue our trip without the trailer which was the purpose of the trip! THANK YOU Brad Curtis 770-548-7134

Truck transmission seemed to have some shifting troubles when decelerating. Cigarette ash in the ashtray and trash in the cab. Trash in the back of the truck when I picked it up, too. When dropping off truck, I was approached by someone who is checking the U-Haul, but he wasn't wearing anything that would indicate this, so I was suspicious and needed to check with station attendant.

I was charged for insurance I didn't want. Hey still haven't reimbursed my money back to me. The truck didn't have any gas in it. Now they're calling me staying there gonna charge me $45 for gas. But the tank was in E when I got the vehicle. I made the manager/ owner aware of these issues. He still hasn't taken care of it

Close this quasi service station, convenience store location so customers will have only full-service. Had to return from storage facility as dollies and blankets were not provided prior to initial departure. Poor labeling of "emergency brake release" nearly caused me a broken leg and dislocated shoulder. Strange that "hood release" is well and colorfully marked as well as other instructions in cab. "Brake release" is only in raised lettering not contrasted with dash and was so low as to be invisible; actual brake release level is actually recessed and can't even be seen. All in all a horrendous experience.

I was cursed out and told to leave with no inspection. My payment was refused and the cashier tried to give my truck away right in front of me. The next the man called the police on me and tried to report the UHAUL truck as stolen.

The Receving Guy was so drunk at receving time and misbehaved with me . When I booked online I desire to use my own Insurance so I declined the insurance but he charged me $14 for insurance and delivery time they didn't give me agreement any paper or copy and made excuse printer or copy machine not working. for 18 miles drive he changed me $ 10 for gas also . I was so surprised how he was working with drunk behavior

When we made an reservation for 10' truck for 24 hours, and pick it up, truck was not there for us. We were offered to use 15' and requested to use it for 24 hours at 19.95. The location owner was very rude, not listening, only saying things what he want to say, next morning at 6:30 AM he called that we did not return truck in time. I told him that we are using 24 hours and he said that we did not tell him. Which was not true, I was with my associate who heard all conversation. So he told me that he will change the time and yelling at me that I should have told him. We returned the truck 2 hours earlier than 6:30 PM and location owner was rude again and he will send an email receipt. When we received an email, it was double charges and we are afraid of go to him to remove extra charges. He is not listening, yelling and only saying what he want to say. We are going to report this to the consumer agent as wrong charges.

Truck had multiple damages throughout. Alighnment was way off and was difficult to drive. Was not clean. Uhaul should at least maintain the vehicle on regular basis (including regular cleaning after use).

I was not supposed to pick up at this location, but someone changed the location at UHaul without notifying me. (See your CR records for more details.) The person who helped me at this location was extremely rude and hateful, topping off what was an already bad experience with your company. I will NEVER rent a UHaul from your company again and I will make sure to post Yelp reviews as well as tell everyone I know I poorly I was treated by your company and the person at this location.

Convenient hours at this location - but since it's a gas station not a lot of assistance with the U-Haul stuff. I thought I was originally renting from another location - but my rental was transferred to this location - and I was not aware till I arrived to pick up my unit.
