My original selection and confirmed reservation was to drop off in Dublin va. Uhaul changed this location to max meadows va the day of pick up on the contract. I dropped off equipment at Dublin location. Had terry in Dublin not called me, so I could contact uhaul and fix this, uhaul would have charged me for dropping off at wrong location. Thank you terry for saving me money. And uhaul should not be making changes like this. The contracts are hard to read on the phone. The contracts should match the confined reservations. Seems like a gotcha from uhaul to extract more money.
