Outstanding service but Trailer was very filthy on the outside, clumps of accumulated dirt etc. I personally washed it after picking it up and before dropping it off. Trailer worked well, inside was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The truck was muddy inside. The tank was only 5/16th full. It wasnt the people at the stores fault. The truck showed up unscheduled, but traffic should have updated them.

Nightmare! Equipment was not there had to drive from Williston to Dickenson pick it up after I made reservations tions a month a head, and checked a week prior confirming and you said it was all good and ready! Not happy with your service!!

You can have all the equipment at the actual location you are renting from. We were going to rent a car dolly but had to get it and hour and a half away (we cancelled this). Even the truck was not at the location we set it up to pick it up at, we had to go to another location to get the truck.

We had spoke with Jason at the main U-Haul location , and he explained what to do since we had issues with the truck. Upon arrival we were questioned and questioned by the man there that took the U-Haul back he was very rude and unprofessional never go back there again

One of the straps on the car dolly was half ripped. This would have been dangerous if I had not returned for a replacement car dolly. Your equipment should be checked before being lent out. Also, I had to drive to Williston to get the truck. This added four hours of driving when I already was driving 9 hours for my move.

There was not a single thing that was done right during the entire rental. It was not the fault of either location. UHAUL is the WORST company I have ever dealt with they did nothing right. They never admit to any mistake they argue with the customer and I am sure their saying is THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG. They could not even get furniture blankets to the location. I was charged $68 that I should not have been because they can't even do paper work. The right equipment was not at the pick up location. They saw nothing wrong with sending ME 110 miles to get a car hauler. I drove 30 miles and was called and told the trailer was not there. They said it might be available the next day. They argued about everything and have NO compassion for the problems they cause their customer. I spent 6 hours arguing with them and an extra 6 hours getting equipment and they just did not care. After all of this I was charged $68 dollars extra when I returned the truck. WHAT A LOUSY COMPANY. When you go out of business you will be getting what you deserve.

The problem was with Uhaul themselves. The location I picked up from was great and the staff was friendly, however the Uhaul system was down so I had to wait 2 hours for my uhaul,, and I was given a broken tow dolly because no other tow dollys were available

The place was closed but the return process on my cell phone was quick and easy. Just dropped it off. Took the pictures. Dropped off the key. Took about 5 minutes.
