My reservation for pickup was moved twice before my actual day of moving all because they claimed to not have any available at the locations they kept trying to transfer me to. Then the day I pick up the truck not only did an email direct me to the wrong location because of 2 separate addresses in the email, but when I finally do find the right place, its damage and graffiti on the truck which made me question the safety of the vehicle. Though the vehicle got the job done my main reason for saying I recieved poor service is because a few days later, the drop off location calls me and tries to blame me for all the damage that the vehicle already had when I picked the vehicle up. $805 worth of damage is what they tried claim I had done. I refused to be charged for damage I did not do and asked to speak with the manager who I will say was nice to speak to however I never heard back from her in regards of what they found or what the final decision was. If I ever do have to use uhaul again, I'll be sure to note every bit of damage the vehicle has before I actually rent it and drive it off the lot. In conclusion, though I appreciate the added miles and discount for the transfers they put me through, being called and told I was responsible for damage I with out a doubt, did NOT do was extremely unacceptable service.

The truck did not have enough gas for usage. Im aware that fuel should be added after use, but i had to add fuel before use to make it to location to even load the truck.

My experience was terrible. I reserved a 15ft truck at another location 2 weeks prior to, then I received a call a few days prior saying that a truck wouldn't be available at that location and sent me to one 3 miles out (.99 per night I add). When I asked for a discount from customer service they told me I couldn't get one. I then went to the location that I originally booked from and I saw a sign that said "right location, right equipment, right on time as agreed or get $50" when I went in and asked for my $50 they said that UHAUL use have to give it to me or at least offered a discount for sending my further out. Fast-forward to the day of my reservation. I get to the location UHAUL sent me to and I see 2 10ft trucks. I go in and I'm told that their are NO 15ft trucks available though I clearly have a reservation on his computer. I proceed to tell him I would like my $50 the sign they have hung on the building and he says I have to take that up with UHAUL (once again). Its Saturday and I get no answer from customer service, I call the other location and NO trucks available so I have to take the 10ft truck. I had my finances set to take 1 load to my location, a 41 mile trip and due to the inconvenience I was forced to leave my entire bedroom set. I am suppose to be out of my place by Tuesday and I'm going to be forced to lose my entire BEDROOM SET because of this. No one at these locations cared at all about my situation or cared to help me in any way. I need answers and not excuses. I had to pack that truck like a can of sardines and had to leave thing behind because of this. I should've given $50 twice and now I'm left with nothing and losing my bedroom set. I did what I had to do, but UHAUL DIDNT.

I was not supposed to pick up my truck from this location, I reserved at a different location, and was sent here when the truck was "unavailable" from my previous location. I should have cancelled then. This place was a dump. I will be reviewing online. The person running was a scammer, running a metal scrapping business out of the same building. He charged me for insurance, then "couldn't fix it", lied about the fuel in the tank, and gave me a truck with a broken mirror, but parked it on a busy road so I couldn't inspect it before taking the truck. I complained via phone, was told I'd get a call-back from a regional manager, and still have not received my call.

The lot was not plowed. The location did not have heat inside. My trailer had burned out tail lights which were not fixed prior to me taking the trailer. I was there for over an hour just to get a trailer. I will never use that location again.

I was charged for things that I was not told about. I got charged for the $14 safe move fee. I didn’t even get a option to chose whether or not I wanted it or not. It was not even explained to me that I would be paying for that. After the rental returned I asked why it was so much he could not tell me why as if he wasn’t looking the the receipt. Also, I did not get a receipt before nor after. I honestly would not recommend this location to anyone else. If someone is asking about charges and fees they should be explained what they are paying for not just handing over money and moving on. I called Customer Service right after I left out because he could not tell me and I work very hard for my money just to be handing over extra money. I a currently waiting to hear back from someone about me $14.
