The person at this location is very rude, didn't explain anything about the contract, I didn't know what I was paying for. When I asked, he didn't answer the question and just asked me to pick up the truck and leave without any explanation. The trucks at this location are also old. He refused my request to check on the trucks first before choosing which truck I would like to pick up.
Better signage for gas station location. Drove by it a couple times before I noticed trucks!
Customer service is extremely bad. Their representative in person was very rude and impersonal. Tone was condescending, transaction lagged due to slow performing equipment. Renting experience was not smooth and the truck reeked of a foul odor.
Please state times available to pickup keys. There was a sign posted saying I could only pick up the keys during certain hours.
The app was not working correctly for pickup. Luckily the employee at the location came in early and was able to help
The truck cable shift it's not working Like it should if it was some one else didn't know the problem it well burn the motor this issue ferry dangerous it needs to be looking to it

1, no office or attendant to be seen initially. It is at a gas station. After talking to two gas station clerks the sexond one went to find someone who led me outside to the place I should drop off the trailer. 2. The lot was muddy
I was over charged and had to request a refund the next day. I asked for a final receipt (a couple times) and at first was told â€œI was all setâ€ then the second time I asked for my receipt (after I got a notification that $59 additional dollars was charged to my card) I was told â€œshe's working on itâ€. After 25 minutes of waiting I had to leave because I had a Lyft ride waiting and never did get a paper copy as I requested. After I left I received an email receipt which was incorrect. What was incorrect was that I was charged for 2 Dolly's for 4 days each when I actually had 1 dolly for 2 days. A difference of $42 plus tax. I stopped into the store the next day and they couldn't provide a refund telling me to call the 1-800 number where I spent 20 minutes on the phone to get my refund.

Mike was very efficient and helpful in preparing he paperwork, explaning details of the rental. The overall experience was excellent.
This location was horrible and the reps are highly disrespectful. It took almost an hour to get my truck because the man behind the counter wouldn't help us and kept saying he didn't know anything about U-Haul. How are you servicing U-Haul customers but don't know anything. Then he refused to help say anything but that he didn't talk to U-Haul people until 10am even though my reservation for was 9am then a customer service agent on the phone switched it to 9:45am and still took us longer to actually get the keys. This put my entire move behind. THEN when we returned the truck they double charged me. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
The representative on site was extremely helpful but the 24/7 e-pickup service was awful. I waited on the phone with customer service for an hour while they attempted to verify my ID, just for them to tell me to go inside and talk to the clerk. Just go inside! Don't bother with the e-pickup tool.
I needed to extend my original rental hours and I called the gentleman was so friendly helpful professional and didn't hesitate to assist me with my needs were so thankful and satisfied with there services I will be sharing there location with anyone who will listen again thank you uhaul #1701 for your overextended services Mr& Mrs Murrey
Overall, not a great experience. Received a larger truck than the one reserved (not needed) and had to go 25 miles out of my way to pick this vehicle up (original reservation was close to my house - day before pick up confirmation call informed me that I had to travel to different location to pick up my truck - not happy about this). What's the point of making a reservation?
Remember the customer is always right. There was a mistake made on my order and the person whom called me argued with me. â€œWell you chose that optionâ€ told him it must have been an accident and he persisted to say it was my fault. That was not good customer service
