It's really nice when there is more than 2 people working, it's seems like things good a lot smoother but I'm sure that is not always possible.

Saying what perfect 2 gentlemen that waited On me or very professional
The gentleman that helped with the return was rude. He was not specific about where we were supposed to take the trailer and was very rough when unhooking it from our vehicle. He also made a comment that he was a better driver that is, that he drove a school bus.
The overhead door on the truck was missing guide wheels making it difficult to operate the door. Just didn't look like it had been maintained.
The representative were very kind and helpful. And very accommodating to my request. They made my move much easier. Thank you.
The guy at the register was extremely RUDE. He WONT STOP SAYING â€œYOU BREAK YOU BUYâ€. I touched a box, he went you break you buy. He asked me if I want insurance for the car. I said no, he said okay, very simple, if there's any accident you will have to pay for everything. I said okay. He went â€œYOU BREAK YOU BUYâ€. Can he stop saying that? RUDE
Contact less check in took a long time and included multiple calls to my 3nd party. It seems like this should be a lot easier and much of it could be done prior to arriving at the lot. Also, I carefully returned the truck with the exact same reading (which was slightly below 3/4 tank) on the fuel gauge and I was charged $5+ for fuel. That seems like splitting hairs and not customer friendly
The gentleman assisting me was very rude. It seemed as though having to assist me was a bother to him, constantly speaking down to me. If it were possible to reschedule my daughter's move, I would have cancelled and gone to another rental company. I have utilized Uhaul before and this by far has been the worse experience.

During my renting of the CargoVan, tag plate: AK07668 on 12/21/2020, one incident occurred. My son left his wallet in the CargoVan when I returned it to U-Haul, Urbandale. On late morning of 12/22/2020 I have talked to store associates and asked them whether they have found the wallet. the associates told me they did not find it, but also told me that the cargovan has not been rented out since I returned it. I hope that your company leaders can help me to review your store's security videos. I am quite sure the wallet is left in the cargovan. The incident is like: last time we used the wallet is to drive-through order some fast foods at Coralville, IA. Time is around 8:40 PM. Then we drive to Johnston without any stop at 10:30 PM. Unloading stuff, then I return the cargovan to U-Haul, Urbandale IA around 11:16 PM and I am sure that the cargovan is locked. Next morning, my son got warning from credit card company and his credit cards were used by someone. The credit carrd usage occurred around Urbandale regions. Now Urbandale police have involved in this incident.

The exit at this location was very narrow. It was extremely difficult to turn the corner with the 26 foot truck. We also had to exit over a large curb, which is not ideal. Great customer service and smooth mobile check in!!

The service and availability of rentals has been and continues to be fantastic. The greatest hindrance is the location. It can be difficult to access and the property is tight and difficult to maneuver in.
The man that was working was extremely rude and short. Never thanked me, didn't walk me to the rental just pointed to it, and when I returned he got mad at me because I came in with my keys rather than just leaving them in the truck. Will rent form uhaul again but not this location
Appliance dolly and furniture dolly not available. I ended up purchasing a dolly from inside the store, very bad quality and the handle kept coming apart. After hours check did not work from my mobile device.
Signed up for 24/7 pick up, get to the location 2 hrs before pick-up and even though my online account/check-in said â€œreminder you signed up for 24/7 online pick-up...â€ but then when I would click on it, it said I didn't sign up for it and had to wait until the location opened? Which didn't make sense because I wouldn't have selected 7am pick-up if I couldn't pick up online because the place didn't open until 9am? Then when I called the general phone line, I had to wait 45 mins just to get someone on the phone, and the lady was incredibly rude, couldn't help at all and just indirectly blamed me, then transferred my call which got disconnected. Thankfully an employee at the store showed up an hour before opening time and assisted us, after already sitting there for over an hour, but the truck we rented wasn't ready/clean, and it wa buried in the back. I will NEVER use uhaul again and will make sure to spread the word, awful, awful experience. One of the worst customer service experiences of my life with the cal in process.
Your online sign in process and bar scanning is horrendous. The need to get my phones location when I return the vehicle is unecessary. When my phone didnt give the location I was in even after allowing the location to be picked up I wasnt given any other options to proceed. I was stuck waiting for customer care on the phone for 30 minutes before I got ahold of someone that could finish the process.
There is no place to park. Very small lot.
Truck needed a front end alignment. The whole check in process is crap. We are not to do the job of UHaul employees. Also there was a worker there past closing time.. there were a couple people out in the parking lot and he just walked out and went straight to his car without asking the customer if any help is needed. This may be my last time renting with U-Haul.
