My problem was with the reservation side and wanting me to drive 100 miles to get a truck then 30 miles the opposite way to pick up the trailer. What is the point of a reservation? I will be referring people to Peddle

The owner, who is the individual that assisted me with checking out and returning our rental moving van was polite, friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t definetely go back to this store if the need arose and would recommend to friends or family, as I have had less than desirable service at a different location in the past.

It’s a small area which can make it hard move the big trucks but the staff were nice and equipment was maintained and kept clean.

I received much better customer service from the Douglas store than the 63rd Street store. More staff available to help and I didn't stand in front of the store manager who was more interested in his computer than helping me standing only four feet in front of him. Disappointing.

This location woefully understaffed but I found Brian and Amber to be especially helpful. Although I pulled in at the end of their day they were smiling, friendly and helpful. Brian helped adjust my hitch before attaching the trailer and even carried the boxes that I'd purchased to my truck even after I told him it wasn't necessary. I went back the next day, Saturday, to purchase mattress covers and found myself 10th in line but no one at the counter. No big deal - went to target and bought some. For the record, the employees that were there were working as fast as they could.Thanks to Brian and Amber!

1.) I was scheduled a 10:00am trailer pickup (8:00am time was requested) and arrived shortly after 10am to pickup said trailer. I wasn't hooked up and off the Uhaul Site until after 10:30am that. 2.) I was scheduled to drop off the trailer at 6:00pm. I arrived at 5:00pm, was unhooked by a Uhaul Employee and informed that I was "good to go". I was a bit hesitant to simply drop the trailer and leave so I proceeded to inquire about signing that I returned said trailer/ receive receipt of transaction. Again, was informed that what not necessary and I was "good to go". I complied and exited the Uhaul location. The following morning at 10:45am I received a voicemail that I had not returned the rented trailer. I called the number posted on the locations website and was directed to a regional representative to whom I explained the situation. The regional rep. informed me that they would place a note on my account that said trailer had been delivered and no further action was required. Again hesitant, I stopped back at the Uhaul location and asked if everything was taken care of. I was informed that the trailer was still not located and they did not see the supposed regional reps. note on the account. After some searching, they found the trailer I had delivered and I received return confirmation receipt. The entire process seemed to be highly unorganized and required a significant amount of additional time to both pick up and deliver/sort out trailer location issues. Bad Customer Experience for what should be a simple rental.

Saturday afternoon they had 1 person working and a line of about 8 people. People were being sent over from the location on 63rd so I am assuming that location was not better staffed. Unacceptable to customers and the one employee!!!

It's going to be really hard for u-haul to improve. When you are number one it's because you are doing everything right in the first place. That's why they call it first place.... Thanks for being there when we need you.
