Rented a 10 ft box truck for a 4 hr move. Newer vehicle clean interior and clean rear box, exterior was not washed, dirt and bugs on the front. Vehicle was given to me with just barely half tank of fuel. Facility is relatively new .Service was excellent. Gentleman (Owner?) was there before opening hours and was more than pleased to help me. Reservation was all set and ready to go. Probably 5 minutes to check in and even less to drop off. Overall I would rate it at 4/5...

The truck was clean and running fine, but the ramp was not operating smoothly and required considerable force to deploy and stow away. Otherwise, it was fine.

We rented two trucks on different days. The first truck had a destination 150 miles away from where we reserved, and we did not notice right away. However 1-800 UHaul corrected the problem. The second pickup went smoothly. So the average of one star and five stars is three stars.

I wish U haul had the same customer service as Stor U Self employee had for me. When I called U haul to see what they could do for me as far as millage rates all I got was an attitude and a firm NO. I told the employee at Stor U Self what happened he ended up working with me on my millage. Why didn't the U haul employee do that with me?? Anyways thank you Stor U self employee great customer service. U haul on the other hand you guys need some work. Tom.

the operator of this location seems to be a scam artist. tried to charge me fees without disclosure, and pricing varied. while checking out he got multiple phone calls of people claiming he overcharged them for an associated business (storage) be wary..

When originally renting the Uhaul, I requested a 10' truck and was told they didn't have one available and would need to either drive 20 miles further to another location or go to a 15' truck. So we took the 15' truck to save an hour of travel time. When arriving to pickup the truck, the location had a 10' truck. We asked to have the 10' instead for ease of driving and the fact that we didn't need a bigger and truck and were told it was "too much paperwork to do." My advice, if a customer requests equipment that you have available, GIVE IT TO THEM! Otherwise it looks like you are scamming them for more money by telling them you don't have something available when they do.

I did not request the moving insurance on my original request and I was charged for it. I was also required to go to a location further away than my original request. Tried to live chat multiple times as well as call Customer service. I waited on hold for 5 minutes and no one answered. Please call or email me to resolve this.

There were cigarette ashes on the truck door panel when I received it and the paperwork process was slow even with a reservation. The U-Haul Scheduling Service personnel were unimpressive to say the least--shear lack of customer service and lack of empathy with unclear instructions about changes that were made to my rental due to issues out of my control. Worst U-Haul experience I have ever had when dealing with the U-Haul Scheduling Service.

While the fees were clearly communicated at time of rental, the overall cost of $85 was high when you consider a $29.95 truck rental + $14.00 for insurance. The 0.79 cent mile just seems to catch you off guard. The rep was very nice and the office very convenient.

I was supposed to pick it up at radio grove hardware in Raymond. Not sure why but they didn't get it after it was reserved a week earlier. the main office in manchester said I could get one in Derry ,nh . that it had just arrived. This I found out later from the derry facility was a lie. The people in derry were good to deal with .. Raymond didn't follow through with the order. and the Main branch in Manchester are not truthful. and no compensation for the inconvenience .

I booked at a different location and didn't find out until I open my order confirmation the next day. Slight inconvenience. If a location is closed, don't let someone book a pick-up there. Other than that everything was fine.

Location and staff were amazing. Had a problem with the battery dying twice. Were able to have the battery jump started both times. Lisa was amazing, took care of us very well. Would absolutely recommend this location to a friend. Top Notch customer service!
