Again I attempted to talk to someone about a refund for the material I paid for in advance and did not receive. The service I received was overall unhelpful and a waste of time. Then I was handed a receipt saying I paid $9 for fuel but I had filled the tank as full as possible less than 3 min from the location. No discussion, just essentially showing me the door and taking my money. I have still not gotten my refund of the material I did not receive and I have been too busy moving to call today. This entire experience with uhaul has been a fiasco.

The derry location took care of my needs. Thank you for making things easier for me. Unfortunatly I will think twice before choosing uhaul again. My original reservation was for a pick up as close to Salem as possible. What was set up for me was a run down gas station that was about a half hour out of my way. When I got there they were having computer issues and were rude to me. After a discussion with them and a waste of my time I was told that I could not take the trailer that I had already paid for and I would have to go to seabrook nh (even further out of my way) and get the trailer there. So I decided to leave and call uhaul to find a trailer closer for me, they were able to take care of this and sent me to the derry location which was where I had asked to pick it up in the first place. I was not happy to lose several hours of the use of the trailer and had to rearrange my day to complete what I needed to do. I would like to discuss this if someone could reach out to me. Your website is very confusing. It is very difficult to correctly identify which location you are really working with. I thought I reserved a truck close to my location but the place I reserved it at was actually 15 miles away.

The location never told my son about a pin needed to hold the trailer in place. He had know idea beeing it was his first time towing. I think that I haul should inspection and inform young drivers before leaving the property.

You need to improve the online reservation system, not being able to to identify accurately where the equipment will be picked up / available, inconsistent pricing based on where and when the pickup and return will take place, and inconsistent rental terms make this hard to use and cause issues with the pickup and drop off locations. Only the excellent attitudes and support of the personnel at the locations made this a less than painful experience.
