I reserved a truck for 11. When I got there I was 4th in line and no one was working. We waited about 15 minutes before I decided to walk the back area and say hello a few times then a girl appeared and I let her know people were waiting and had about 30 minutes. She then told me only one person was working and I am assuming she meant herself and I’m also guessing she was at lunch being she was hiding in the back. If you know you will have people showing up at a certain time it’s good to staff accordingly.

Did the online check in. Still had to do everything over at the counter causing me a serious delay. Went out to hook up to trailer. Hooked up and the lights didn't work. Guy tries fixing them. Cant. Decides he'll just get me another trailer. Has to redo paperwork causing me even greater delay. Shouldn't this stuff all have been checked prior to renting it out?

We made a reservation for an eight o’clock pickup. When we arrived it said there was no equipment assigned to our order and to call for assistance. We called and left a voicemail and left at 8:20 after calling the number again. At 8:40 they called us asking why we weren’t there, we went back and they still weren’t there. Finally got the truck an hour after our reservation time. Very frustrating experience.

Would be nice if staff new which side of the street this location was on. I called in advance and asked, and the person had no idea if it was on the north or south side of Evans, or even east or west of Federal. That's useful information for someone driving a large truck that they are not used to, and it's pretty basic information. Kind of nit picky, honestly, and he did mention he was new to the area. Staff was otherwise helpful and friendly enough.

I reserved my truck on Aug 17th for pick up on Oct 14th, 7am for my move that day. Only when I arrived it was not there. So instead of the 26ft truck, I had to get a 15ft. which lead to me not being able to move in one load as I had planned out. Simply thinking its ok to have customer go somewhere else for the truck is not acceptable. That is why I reserved it so far in advance. Upon talking to the guy at the store, it sounds as though the drop of time of the trucks match the pick up time for the next customer. Wow... If you are going to use this business model you should think about having more than one of a truck at a very busy and primary location. This will be the last time I use Uhaul... This is the straw that broke the camels back after how my experiences have been previously.

I had to wait an hour in line. I tried to do online check in but because I didn’t have an in state license I could not. Very frustrating because this could have easily been communicated earlier. The people ahead of us in Line had been there for 3 hours trying to get a truck because uhaul messed up the reservation so badly!! Only 1 worker on a busy Saturday. He was nice but needed more help. Very inefficient and very frustrating!

I had the cash for this rental plus enough for deposit I was told that I needed to go add the money to the debit card. I don't know Denver that well and I was on my bike I am glad that there was a location close. That was the first time that happened.

My only suggestion is that you have more than one person working the desk. While I was there, I had to wait 20 minutes before the guy called me. However, it is impressive that a sole person can run the store. On the downside, the phone rang several times without an answer.

I did not received a call-back promptly the very next morning to confirm my check-in of the U-haul trailer after I returned it afterhours. Instead I have to call in to make sure they received the trailer I have checked in the evening before. And U-haul system is not updated to check-in status as well. I managed to speak to the person in this location after 3 calls which routed to the call center and he has since forwarded my final receipt to me.
