Cash the customer service rep was great even though he was swamped 1 guy to take care of 5 people when I came in....lucky I was not in a rush...but other customers were upset. Also the truck we had a bad battery, i had to jump it inbetween

The customer service rep Cash was rude and did not belong at the front counter. The lack of training with your company bothers me.I spoke with the GM at the store and he was not concern about the way his employee attacked towards the stipulation. I know we lack in the Finding the people in Colorado but it’s a shame that you allow these types of attitude in your store. I had filled out the reservation on line. Specifically checked “no insurance” asked the first guy how much when picking up the truck, he said I can get the total when it’s turned in. The truck is $19.95 plus .79 a mile. I even talked to a uhaul Specialist prior to turning the truck in and she said 3 days was $60 something unless I was later than 2:15. I didn’t make the time and expected to pay an extra day. (4 total) which would’ve been $80 something! Plus 18 miles x .79 Definitely not $190! This is a form of bait n switch and false advertising! I want a refund of at least $80 or I’m posting on every review ie: Yelp, Google and file complaints with Attorney General and FTC! Regards, Gary Nelson

I had to pick up the trailer a day early because the shop in Russell wasn't open on a Sunday and was told don't worry about it, we will just give you an extra day even though you don't need the trailer yet. I just got the bill and it appears I was charged in Denver an extra day. That is frustrating.

Horrible Experience! I rent a truck every weekend and this past weekend was a joke. A big JOKE! First I was moved to a different location for fulfillment, this location. This location then did not honor my reservations, saying the Regional Manager took the last 20 foot truck that I reserved. WTF? Waited over an hour to get a replacement truck that was too small and made my weekend a pain because of not enough room in the truck. Then I was overcharged and requested Joel call me back. I've yet to hear from him. WTF? I own a small biz and would NEVER treat my clients like I was treated. Horrible all around service. I waited in line for over 90 minutes to get my rental that I had reserved. Guy that was working by himself didn't know what he was doing. He left 3 different times to go to the back office to ask questions about other clients rentals that he was working on. Plus, there was an employee who came in to take a truck to another location and he then put the reservation that he was working on on hold so that the employee could cut in front of all of us in line. Not acceptable. And that no office employees could come help him out with the line of reservations seems ridiculous. You ended up losing out on the business of 2 walkins because they got tired of waiting in line. I rent UHauls from various locations all the time for my company, this is one location that I will not be back to. I don't need an employee arguing with me nor telling me about why he couldn't do his job for a reservation that was before me. The evening employee that I turned the unit back in to was courteous and got me taken care of swiftly.



I had to make a couple of changes I done so on online and by calling in and they were very courteous had no problem with helping me.

I filled up the tank before returning it, after being given the truck at 3/4 of a tank. After it was returned I am still being sent an invoice saying that it was one eight below the three quarters of a tank that I rented it at. What is only around $14 but it is an absolutely unacceptable.

Limited parking and access to street. Limited staff; Long wait. Keys got locked in pickup; 5 hour wait for locksmith who didn't show up, had to call site on my own to find spare keys. App DOES NOT WORK for roadside assistance; locator service.

There was only two guys working on a Saturday and was a day at the beginning of the month. The wait was 45 minutes to pick up with reservation. Other than that, everything else was easier than I thought to be the first time renting. Also, the price was fair enough!

Even though I did the online express checking, and have rented from uhaul within the last year or so, the checkin took a long time, and needed my drivers license again, backup contact (my mom) and they actually called her, etc. this process needs to be shortened a lot, if you’re going to call it “express”! Otherwise everything was great, and the people were very nice.
