To make sure the interior of the car is cleaned but overall the experience was wonderful I would only ask that when you're renting out your trucks I had a 8 foot pickup truck the interior had dried up liquid or something all over the seats and on the side of the middle manifold so the only Improvement I would say is to make sure the interior the car was clean but other than that I'll be back

Equipment was great. Customer attendants at the desk while polite seemed like they needed more training or something. When returning the vehicle we waited 35 minutes as they attended to others. One man walked out and cancelled his order as attendant couldn't figure out how to process it. Need a manager or better training for employees.

This location is understaffed, Most employees have no sense of urgency. It took 30min just to get my rental. Another 35 just to check out after completing my move. They also charged my card twice. Please just train your staff they need help.

I went in a day early to confirm the appointment at the Denver location. The Assistant Manager already had the 15' moving truck picked out. Taking a 1200 mile trip I wanted to inspect the truck and trailer. Trailer was ok, but the truck had a bad tire where the tread was very low that would not meet safety specifications. The assistant manager stated she would try to get the tire replaced and she would call me and let me know, this did not happen, so I ended up going over to the rental store again to find out what happen. The tire did not get replaced, but other 15' trucks came in and I was able to pick one out that I felt would be safe a reliable for the 1200 mile trip. My only advise and concern would be Uhaul do a quick inspection when trucks are returned to see if they need anything to meet safety standards.

The young lady that helped me with my rental was great she had a good attitude the whole time even with the circumstances at hand and being the only worker at the location. Then 26 mins after the location opens two other workers come dragging in one male and female. The male comes in an immediatley has a terrible attitude!! His body language and attitude even down to the expressions on his face were poor with patrons during the entire interaction. And for a fellow coworker to have to say I'm sorry he is always like this in the morning is totally unexceptable and shouldn't have to be done! Also the other female worker that came in with this guy never came back to the counter to assist with anything. I just feel like if I'm gonna get treated like crap by the employees to spend my money with and organization I could just go up the street to the Stapleton HomeDepot! Rachel Gillespie deserves some time of recognition for the conditions she has to work in especially with co workers like that. My trailer rental was for 9am it was a 9 hr rental I didn't even leave the location until 10mins to 10am.

I booked my reservation back at the beginning of May for a late June move. I showed up at the time I requested (9am) and was told that the online system apparently over booked them and also someone who took a truck from the day before never returned it and whoops, they don't have a truck for me anymore. The woman helping me was on the phone for about 20 minutes and found me a truck at another location. I drove to the new location only to find out that they were closed. I drove back to this store and told the woman that the location she sent me to was closed and she finally referred me to the general manager, who couldn't have been less helpful. He hammered away at his computer for about 25 minutes and then finally said he would give me a truck that was for sale (no uhaul logo. Just plain white) it was an old truck but after an hour of driving to two uhauls and going back and forth I was happy to have it. I was finally on my way with this truck. When I went to return it, come to find out, this helpful general manager wrote down the mileage wrong and tried to charge me for 56 miles! I literally did 11 miles total. I mapped it myself. Not once did any of these people I dealt with apologize to me for this huge inconvenience. I am shocked at the general managers lack of customer service. If you know you don't have a truck for someone then maybe give them a call before they show up on their moving day when they're already stressed out! I had to pay my movers for an extra hour of work that wasn't completed bc they sat at my house for an hour while I got this mess sorted out. I am sorely disappointed with this uhaul experience and don't think I will rent from them again.

I rented a 20' uhaul a week plus in advance. I had to pick it up at this location even though it was 10 miles further from my house. When I went to pick it up I was told I only has it for 4 hours instead of 8 and that wasn't going to work. So instead my only option was to rent a 15' truck. This made moving day way more stressful than it needed to be. Luckily I had a friend's truck to also help move otherwise I would have had to make two trips. Just think it's pretty cappy that my order got messed up. Would not use this location again.

I had to wait both on pick up and drop off for a human to be present. The store is left un attended most of the time and employees are outside smoking cigarettes. No one was knowledgeable or could handle rate questions and just referred me to the website. I will not be using this location or maybe even haul ever again.

The first location that I was scheduled to pick up was a total nightmare. 3859 Peoria St. should not be allowed to be a U Haul representative. Noone spoke English and could not explain to me, why after wating an hour They just sent me away.

This was the most incompetent Uhaul experience I have had with them. I rent a truck from them 2 times a year and every time it is worse. I won't be going back to that location. They have continually overcharged me for gas upon an after hours return. There was no paperwork because their printer was broke. Initi5they said gas was at 1/2 tank. Then they could not find the truck for 20 minutes even though it was right in front. Then the gas was barely over 1/4 tank and he said it was over 3/4. I corrected him and he listed it properly. Once I get my bill they charter me $21 for gas. I went 20 miles and put $10 worth of gas I. The truck which was more than I should. This place is an utter disaster.
