They called me three days later asking why I was late to return the trailer, when in fact I'd already returned in an entire day before the deadline. Would not recommend dropping off at this location, it's too understaffed and the people are friendly but they clearly forget to check in equipment (even after being told to just leave it, it'd be fine).

The pick up location was awesome and saved the whole move. The Uhaul phone support and reservations totally sucked eggs and just about left me completely stuck.



This location was fantastic, directed me in, already cleaned the back during checking the truck in. Staff was friendly and helpful.

after Alyssa in wyoming said I would have to drive 185 miles one way to get my truck, Ray down in dever not only hooked me up but gave me a bigger truck. I cannot believe you would let someone make a reservation for a truck and then not have it available! what a crock of shit!



Black guy who ran the desk was exceptional. we were an oddball and he tried hard to find a way through your procedures to get a fair solution for everyone. He starts sentences with ... well "maybe we could... " instead of "the problem is ..." when confronted with a weird situation. Great guy ... solution/customer oriented. Hang on to him.

The location was difficult to find and in a sketchy part of town. The rep was aggressive in his tone when I spoke with him.



After being turned away from trying to return the truck to 1895 East Colfax 80206 location which was 2 blocks from my destination, because they were a half hour from closing, this location accepted the truck in just a few minutes and were very nice about it. It cost an extra 15$ Uber trip back to my vehicle and resulted in being late to work because the other location was lacking in service

My customer service rep (Hosie Johnson) at Urban Self Storage Denver (1709 W Colfax Ave, Denver, CO) made the experience and entire transaction extremely frustrating. His behavior was disappointing and entirely uncalled for. I reserved a 17' for my move on Saturday but was told they only had 15' on site. I hadn't been informed of this and was worried I might have to make multiple trips. He immediately got sarcastic with me, displayed zero empathy, and was overall rude and a very poor representative of what a helpful customer service rep should be. He portrayed the Uhaul brand as impatient and condescending, unwilling to actually address how frustrated I was that I hadn't been informed of this ahead of time even though the change had been made two days earlier. He dismissed my grievances and was utterly disrespectful, only becoming worried and apologetic when I spoke calmly to his manager on the phone. He apologized twice, letting me know he needed to keep working there, but ultimately never affirmed my right to feel annoyed and his poor way of having handled it. I'm disappointed with Uhaul and will move my business over to Budget from now on. Hosie ought to find a profession that isn't in customer service, ideally one where he doesn't need to interact with any human being at any point throughout the day. I expect to be contacted about this bad experience and for it to be taken care of.

I do so much business with Uhaul, I never expected such a mess in picking up a truck that I was reminded 3 times the day before to do, and having such nasty employees try to make me wait... even though there was a truck there, and I had prepaid for it. Thanks to corporate Customer Service and Trafficking, it did finally get resolved and the walk-in customer, who had a credit card that declined twice, was finally told that the truck was actually scheduled for me. I think that your corporate operation at Mile High is above standard, and they should be the example of the franchise holders in the Denver area. This operation is just a joke, and the employees should be fired based on just how nasty they were in a situation that they knew was wrong. I really believe that Uhaul should give me some type of compensation, like and extra month of storage or something for all the crap I had to deal with on Monday morning.
