I drove the truck 14 miles on a dry day, hauling only some chairs and tables. I was then charged 25 dollars for cleaning an already clean truck? At worst a person could have wiped the flooring for five minutes. This is not a good representation of a fine company; I know what I speak of as I was a UHaul dealer in the 1980's.

parking lot is very compressed, lot of activity with other shoppers for what that strip mall has to offer. It's hard to get in and out of that place with all the traffic in the parking lot.

They run uhaul out of a store that does phone repair. One guy seemed to care about customer service and came to greet me right away, told another guy to check me in while he checked the truck. That guy stayed in the back and kept talking to someone else for a while until the next person renter came in and he had a line. I guess just me wasn't enough to interrupt whatever he was doing. Also, the form said 1/4 tank was in the truck. It was between 1/4 and 1/8. Not a huge big deal, but I gave you guys some free gas to make it 1/4. And when I returned the truck they were busy with other renters, so he took the keys from me and asked if everything was OK. I said yes, and he said he would email the receipt. I'm still waiting for that email. Considering that Uhaul seems to represent a lot more of their business than the phone store itself these guys need to improve customer service. Maybe a second computer for check ins - I don't know. It wasn't terrible, I got the truck and did what I needed to, but it could be better. I said above I would still recommend this location, but it needs polishing.

First location or original pick up was in Parker. They did not have the truck ready and had a flat tire and I was forced to go a half hour the other direction to another location. The other location was very hospitable speedy and efficient. The poker location said that I would get a $50 credit on my rental and unlimited miles. That might pay for my gas and time. Besides that everything was good

This was the closest location but not necessarily the best, they didn't have moving supplies, the clean truck was dirty on the outside as the interior was kind of smelly. Customer service wasn't as great as I experienced at other uhauls here in Colorado or AZ or CA- maybe its just due to this being a uhaul place within a business but even in AZ when we went to a place that was a business and uhaul the guy was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I was happy that he was able to accommodate my situation and understand that we're a military family moving from the springs to here, however he didn't offer a military discount at all.

If this location had better customer service experience then I think I would come to them again . This is the 2nd time and my experience was horrible . I even got charged for equipment I didn’t request and was told I would get a refund and as soon as I saw my recipe I was told they could not reverse the charges because my card failed.? I don’t think there will be any more service for me or family again .

I was highly disappointed buying being misquoted the mileage rate for Friday of 79 cents per mile when I inquired on Thursday and scheduled it for Friday. The extra fees and taxes and environmental fees were never disclosed until the bill arrived online after my credit card it been charged. The fees were never discussed.
