The pick up location had my drop off date incorrect in the system and did not fix. After our closing on our new house, I get a call from the drop off location wondering where the truck is. Then i have to hear from the drop off location that I screwed them out of money from another customer, because they don't have the truck from their next client. Meanwhile i have to call u-haul's main line to extend our contract another day missing out watching and enjoying the first moments of our new home. I would appreciate a call from u-haul when you get this 713-542-3788

Wolf Creek Storage refused the return even though U Haul had called them. Store With Us was awesome, friendly and bent over backward to help me. Even though they were overstocked, they gladly accepted the tow dolly. U Haul is great. Supervisor at corporate, Kim, was very helpful too.

Denham Springs just went thru a catastrophic event, so it was understandable the condition of the drop off. No issues here, we left it where your rep said to.
