The back of the truck was dirty up on pick up. The Mobile check-in process was not user-friendly with the LA Wallet digital drivers license. The customer service response time was extremely long and it took us 45 minutes to pick up our truck with the mobile check in.

channing rThe guy wasn't there when I confirmed I would drop it off, didn't answer the phone, had to get the guy from the connected business to call him to come. He arrived and didn't help at all. Just said to leave the trailer over there and he would check it in later. Considering the unprofessionalism I had seen so far, I didn't trust that to happen and was afraid it would be considered a late return on me even though I dropped it off. He didn't help us get the trailer into place or help remove it from the hitch. I might as well have dropped it off not during business hours because he couldn't have been bothered to help (or to pull up his pants).
