I like the online check-in process, saved a lot of time, all I had to do was walk in tell them I had a trailer reserved and they looked up my reservation, and within 5-10 mins I was hitched up and ready to go.

I brought by uhaul back the day I rented it. I was call says later by another Location asking me if I returned the truck. That means that the location I brought it to did not check in the truck. The man originally told me to just leave the keys and when I called days later concerned, he said they did not know who brought the truck back. This has to be better.
I took about 40 minutes to check out because the guy at the counter stopped to sell vapes every 2 minutes. The truck was covered in rice and old cookies. It smelled awful and had some sort of soft drink sprayed everywhere. I had to wipe it down with bleach to drive it.
First of all the location I pick up the vehicle didn't give me any paperwork...once I received the paperwork it show the vehicle was full but it was in empty luckily my took picture of gas gauge and mileage. I had to send email to uhaul to get this cleared..they over charged me on my rental and I was told I would be contacted about my refund but has never been contacted two later.
Have people there to help the customer. We had to unhook trailer, and hook up trailer ourselves.
Truck wasn't cleaned or prepared for me. I did the self pickup. Missing requested dolly and blankets. Truck interior was dirty/not cleaned, which should be even more of a priority with COVID right now. Location never opened all day, so I couldn't go in and request the items. Had to wait on hold for 25 minutes with customer service just to try and figure everything out. Luckily the local field reps were helpful and assisted me with going to Wolf Creek to get the dolly and blankets. Thanks to the lady there, who already had the items ready for me to pickup and was very friendly. Overall moose's gets a bad review for not having the truck ready and not opening for the entire day.
No Hassel Return!
I dropped the uhaul off Friday morning, was told I would get a confirmation by email,, I did get one 2 days later so they could charge a 1 day late fee, I will no longer use or recommend uhaul to anyone. Not the company's fault, but the website recommended my drop off point.. Enjoy the extra day's late rental fee, karma is a bitch..
Don't rent from this location. I was charged double. I rented a truck for 4 hrs. Brought it back in 3 hrs. They didn't check it in till the next day so I got charged double. I have complained to several U-haul people and nothing was done. Lost 43 bucks! Never again!
When arriving at location it want opened yet, left at 11:30am instead of 11am. I would prefer to pay at drop off and not charge the reserved card.
I think the man behind the counter was more worried about what ever he was doing on his cellphone. I had to spell my last name twice and it is a common name in this area. He told me to drive around the building and drop off the trailer. No offer to help to guide backing in a tight area or to unhook. I wont be using this location again.

This is the second time I had to reserve a truck for the same move. I made reservations for the day before. I was suppose to pick up the truck after hours BUT upon arrival I was unable to complete the online pick up information. I would get to the â€œtake the picture of yourselfâ€ and it wouldn't work. It would give me an error message and would not go any further. I tried for over an hour sitting in the parking lot with what was suppose to be my rental truck. I had already sat on the phone for over a half hour to gEr assistance getting signed in. We were on a time schedule to get this done and by the time we just had to quit trying because we were out of time. Not only was this seriously aggravating but it cost me it a lot of extra money. I also find that your online reservations site is confusing and hard to navigate. Although after all of this craziness I still gave high stars to the questions asked in this questionnaire. I was very let down by Uhal.
