My truck only had 39,000 miles on it. It was clean, comfortable and safe. More importantly, your franchisee was polite, competent and efficient. Further, they followed through on their end of the bargain. My truck was ready to use when I needed it and it was meticulously maintained. Next time I need a truck or trailer, I will contact Tin Cup U-Haul first. I really liked those guys. They went above and beyond what I expected and what I've experienced before with local and national competitors.

Perform a better inspection on the equipment before the customer picks up. My first vehicle had an oil light on. They did give me a different vehicle though.

Your IT system is horrible. Take this $28 and hire a contractor for 1/2 an hour. It wouldn't take much to write an IT system that is easy to use and is fast. The issue isn't your providers, it is your IT architect. Fire him and get a good one. Rewrite your system.

I was going to be charged another $44 dollars for extra miles because I had to travel this additional milage. The owners at Ten cup could not resolve the issue but got me in touch with customer service and I was able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.

I was actually pretty annoyed with the way you can't get trucks to a location even after a reservation was made a month ago. I will discuss this with an agent, so please call me. I was charged for extra miles from Del Norte because you didn't have a truck in Pagosa Springs and were expecting me to drive to Durango (another 2 hours to my day) to get my truck. I want the extra charge dropped. $35.00. It wasn't my fault I had to go through your "system" and get charged extra to get my own truck to Durango. The Del Norte location is a liquor store and the clerk needs a refresher because I asked him about the extra mileage and he said, no, there wouldn't be any extra mileage and then he didn't note that (I asked him three times) on the paperwork, so the drop off location wouldn't work with me about those miles

People were nice, but computer connection that had was nearly impossible for them to work with. Took about 1 hour and 50 minutes from time I arrived to time I was completed check-out and could get on my way. Really tried my patience, and their's as well !! Trailer was dirty: 1/4 inch mud caked on the front left and right corners up to about 5 ft off the ground. Inside dirty with road dust/grit. Took trailer home and spent some time with a hose and scrub brush cleaning the outside of the trailer, then vacuumed out the interior (a mess).

I was the first customer for this new location. The customer representative was on site and he could not get the mobile app to work. Took almost an hour to get checked out. Too much information required for a long time repeat customer on your sofeware.
