Perhaps first,… the company as an whole should improve not only your reservation website to where it either doesn’t accept the equipment request or a costumer service personnel should contact you within a few hours of order being placed. This is the second time in a little over a year I've placed an order had it confirmed and either the day off my move or day prior it's no longer available and I the consumer has to be inconvenienced by your negligence. To be clear, I totally understand that this issue wasn’t the fault of the employee at the pickup location-– this lies squarely on U-Haul®? (as an entity and as a corporation) shoulders!!! And ohhh, one more thing… contact Google Maps and submit a directions amendment... this address sends people the wrong direction.
