I have been renting from U-Haul for a mighty long time I have never experienced the type of service that I got from this location at any of the other U-Hauls I would never rent from this U-Haul place again

It's hard to understand the guy in the store but he has to multi task so he may come off as rude but he's not trying to be. He just handles the store and U-Haul customers at the same time
SHATANYA FI was charged $100 deposit in addition to the rental charges that I wasn't informed about. Then upon my return they tried to charge me an additional day despite me not having it an extra day
BIANCA BI realized I needed a dolly after I left the location, went right back to get one and they would not allow me to rent one. This put a bad taste in my mouth with U-Haul.
THOMAS MThe sales representative inside the gas station who gives you the U-Haul truck was very rude very agitated, impatient, and was rushing us because he had customers to wait on Checking in and checking out the truck was the worst experience I ever had written in a U-Haul truck never came from this location
