Update your computers so your system doesn't mess up the customers information. I gave a cash deposit and because of your system I have to wait 48 hours for my card to receive the payment. You don't wait for payment, why should a customer wait for a refund.

U-haul needs to pay attention to what the customer has rented. I get a phone call on Monday, from u-haul, saying I have to move the truck and trailer because that location didn't take trailers. This isn't a mistake the customer should fix. I was told to take it there, I did, now it is out of my hands. I ended up NOT moving the truck.

The lady working was so nice, she was so nice and was pleasant to talk with. We went to this location even though it was further from our house because we looked at reviews from the closer location saying DO NOT GO and I'm glad we didn't. Wonderful service!
