Make sure equipment is properly outfitted with required safety equipment. This tow dolly was missing all the safety chains and the tires were severely overinflated.

They were rude, wouldn't let us rent our truck on time and then spent an hour almost trying to get us our key after we had already signed in online and he kept saying he didnt know how to do it. Very frustrating experience. I almost canceled so I wouldnt have to pay for this terrible service. I was late to closing on my house because of this. I don't think I will ever use this company again.

Person told us he was too busy to check us in, that it would be at least two hours, and to go home and he would send us the receipt. We took pictures of the truck and paperwork and left. So far nothing received.

Got there and the couple didn't return the vehicle I reserved. I'd recommend installing frackers to the vehicles for the instances we came across where they wouldn't answer their phone. Uhaul offered 100 free miles (didn't use) and $50 refund towards my purchase (haven't received it just yet)

Charged for two extra days although the truck was returned on-time without issue. The information provided to UHAUL was false and the contact information for the location was incorrect. Would strongly discourage from doing business with this location

They overcharged us 110.00 because we didn't have the paperwork and dropped the keys in the box. U haul customer service told us we were allowed to do that, but this place still overcharged us an entire day even when we turned it in on time.
