Place was closed (after hours drop off the trailer). However, with the truck, the location closed well before it's post time therefore, I had to drop the keys in the after our box, then follow up with your manager of scheduling to ensure the truck was acknowledged as returned

Wasted valuable time due to the VERY POOR U Haul customer service representatives on the phone. Manager of the location was helpful and cordial but the location is too cramped and small.
carleen pWorst rental experience ever. Pickup at 8am didn’t occur till 9:50am. Besides issue mobile access the location opened till 9:45am. To make worse, the reservation for appliance dolly a fozen blakets erte not available causing at lesst another hour delay. Mesnwhile I had a 3 man crew doing nothing and costing me. Not very professional friendly nor considerate location personnel. Would never use again.

Rafael MReceived the 12 foot box truck I rented with the bumper hanging off. Every time you make a left turn, there’s a horrific noise coming from the tire. When it started raining, the roof was leaking onto the driver side seat.
