The air wasn’t working in the truck, properly. Kept cutting off and on. Very frustrating!
Susana OManager has no energy. He didn't want to check the truck for me to close out at the end of day. He also put the wrong gas on the close invoice you guys emailed me. I gave more than 1/2 tank of gas. Vehicle definitely should be checked for wheel alignment it pulls heavy to the right.
Henry BWe waited like almost 30 min before anyone arrived to the location. The interior of the truck was dirty so we had to clean with wipes and sweep before we can used for our move. The location itself was uninviting. In our years of renting with U-Haul this was by far one of the worst experience.
Carlos LLa atención del señor de la oficina que me despachó fue mala, me sentí solo y mal porque no hablo mucho inglés, use traductor de texto y aún así tenía una actitud fea, es lamentable que este tipo de cosas pasen en una compañía tan seria e importante como U-Haul, les sugiero que tengas información en español para saber cómo devolver el camión, en donde dejar las llaves etc, también los hispanos somos clientes de su compañía.
