Grado:

It took over 30 minutes to receive truck because it is a convenience store so the clerk has to stop U-Haul check in or out to take care of store/gas customers. Took 40 minutes to return. I was on a tight pick up schedule so it caused a delay and I had to add additional time.

The mobile check in through my Uhaul account did not work like it was supposed to. It would not allow me to check in. It took 30 minutes to get it worked out with the employees. I have rented at this location before, and it was a similar experience. If the mobile check in would have worked as advertised, it would have been a lot smoother.

The furniture pads that I requested were not in the truck. The people at this location are terrible. It took over 25 min for the person to fill out the information at pickup and there was only 1 person working (this is a convenience store) when I returned. This took another lengthy period to return.

Although there was a delay initially since I did not reserve online, but after that everything went fine. Checkout was easy and done is less than 5 mins.

Train the people at the actual locations...they were not helpful and tried to charge me an additional rental fee of 80.00..did not know what they were doing.....they give u haul a bad reputation...I have used u haul in the past with no problems...this gas station was a terrible experience on an already stressful moving day!

Communication between UHaul locations needs to improve. The location we were supposed to return our UHaul to wouldn’t take it because she said she didn’t have room. The paperwork said to return it to that location and the manager made us leave and return to a different location. I asked her to call so we wouldn’t get turned away from that location also. Well, she didn’t call and when we arrived they didn’t think they could take it either. Returning the UHaul was not an easy experience and we were afraid we were going to have to drive it another 90 minutes to return it where it was picked up.

The cashier was very nice checking me out, There were several customers that were coming in and out to purchase gas and other purchases. The attendant was trying to handle all the costumers, while the manager at on the floor shuffling papers. My transaction of renting the u-haul was time consuming. I am a business owner and if one of my employees, especially a manager was just sitting while there was a line of paying costumers that needed to be checked out the would be reprimanded!

This is a convenience store. Uhaul is the least of their concern and you are bothering them for service. When the clerk throws you a set of keys and lets you find your own truck, pretty much says it all!

Extremely slow at pick up and drop off! Dispatching from a convenience store/gas station, I was always abandoned (to wait) each time a customer would come up to the checkout counter. 20 times both visits. Horrible!

The personal was friendly but the experience was lacking. I reserved a truck online, the following day I received a call stating they overbooked the size truck I reserved and eventually worked it out but I had to drop it off at a different location. Which wasn't an issue, but for the fact that the charges ended up more then originally quoted for two days, and we only had it for one day. Will not use uhaul again.

Not necessarily for this location but for Uhaul Company in general, have someone actually answer the 1 800 GO UHAUL line. I waited on hold for 45 minutes waiting to talk to someone before giving up. This is horrible customer experience to say the least.

TAKE YOUR TRUCKS SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY OVER CHARGED ME ON MILAGE BY 80.2 MILES AT $ .79 A MILE = $63.36 OVERCHARGE. I WAS GIVEN THE PAPERWORK & KEY, INITIAL HERE AND SIGN HERE, I'M GOING TO SMOKE A SIG. SAIOD THE GIRL A.J., SHE DIDN'T WALK ME OUT TO CHECK THE TRUCK OR MILAGE. IT TOOK FOREVER, EVEN THOUGH WE DID ALL THE PAERWORK ON LINE. CHECK OUT WAS A NIGHTMARE AS WELL, 45 -60 MINUTES. I KEPT TELLING THEM SOMETHING WAS WRONG THAT'S TOO MUCH OWED. FINALLY THE 2 KIDS CALLED THE MGR. WHO TOLD ME YOU'RE JUST GETTING CHARGED FOR WHAT YOU OWE. SHE WASN'T AT THE STORE TO KNOW WHAT I OWED. I FINALLY SAID JUST GET ME OUT OF HERE. I'M CALLING HER TODAY @ "WINGHAVEN MOBILE" ON 7407 HWY N DARDENNEPRAIRIE, MO. 63368 I GPSd THE MILEAGE AND THE TOTAL WAS 51.7 MILES TOTAL / THEY CHARGED ME FOR 131.9 MILES. I EXPECT A FULL REFUND OF MY $63.36. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
