They lied to me about it being ok to drop at that location for no fee
Alicia T.We specified we needed the uhaul for 2 days. The office staff said their compiter showed a 1 day rental and werent able to change it. So we waited around for 45 minutes while they called the central office to have it manually changed to a 2 day rental. We were told everything was taken care of. On the second day I was contacted by Uhaul concerning a late return of the vehicle. I explained that we had requested a 2 day rental and the lady informed me she would fix it for us and remove the late fee. On the second day we returned the Uhaul before the specified time and were still charged for a 3rd day. We disputed this charge and still have not heard back from Uhaul. This whole process has been ridiculous and we will not be using them the next time we move.
