Very easy process and friendly staff

The individuals at the location were extremely nice and courteous. Unfortunately I cannot give a good rating because of the actual rental truck. When we left with the truck and hit a major roadway (316) you could not drive 50 miles per hour or faster because the truck would start shaking so badly that it seemed as though you would have ran off of the road. Once we got home we found that the front right tire was extremely low on air and it was believed that the left front tire had bad wheel bearings, which was causing the shaking issue. Driving an oversized truck on a major roadway going 15 miles per hour under the speed limit is not ideal and quite frankly a safety hazard for everyone in and around the vehicle. Because of this issue we had to take back roads and go a lot slower than expected, so the trip was longer in both distance and time. When we brought the truck back it was realized that the mileage loaded in higher on the link sent via text message asking you to “verify your equipment condition”, as this field auto filled with the supposed mileage, than what the actual mileage was in the vehicle. Glad I took a picture of the odometer when taking the required picture of the gas gage! When turning in the vehicle we let the gentleman know of the truck issues and the mileage discrepancy, as according to auto fill mileage and the actual mileage we didn't even drive a mile away! Don't get me wrong, paying 89 cents for mileage is great but we weren't looking to pull a fast one and was more than happy to pay for what we used. However, where everyone was super nice, the check in guy was basically like yeah sorry I will let the other guy know and he will get it figured out and didn't seemed to worried about it one way or the other. So when we left we had no idea what the total of our bill was and felt pretty sure that the people renting behind us and again behind them would all be encountering the same issues. I never heard back from anyone and realized that a bill had been processed and sent via email. The billing document was completely wrong, billing me $.89 for total mileage charge, then double charging me for the safety insurance @ $28 instead of the $14 and then putting some random charge for $59 along with the actual truck rental of $29.99 to makeup a total bill for $95.19 - now don't get me wrong I am fine with the $95.19, because it actually saved me a few bucks to what I should have paid. It's just really sad that companies go out of business everyday due to financial issues and the real problem seems to be lazy employees who just don't care about the safety of others or their employers money. Again, very nice guys ... but if it were my company and/or money they would either get trained up to handle things the right way or they would get shipped out! Not sorry for the honesty


The customer representative who rented me the Uhaul was nice and helped me out with all my questions. When I returned the truck in person on June 15 he charged me $1,017 and I paid it in full and he told me that i do not owe anything else! But now I saw two other charges one for $69.99 and the other one $89.99. They said I paid on June 14 and not on Monday June 15. Which is where the other charges are coming from. That is not true. First I paid on Monday and not on Sunday. I have my reciept to prove it. I want to know why the other two charges are there after I paid in full on Monday June 15? The lady that I spoke to on the phone first told me that I may have forgotten to call for a extra day. I let her know I called Sunday June 14 and I was told that there would be no problem to just return the truck Monday befor 4:30 pm and that is what I did I returned it after 12 pm. Then the lady said it was because i ran more miles of what they charge me on Sunday. I told the lady that I paid in person and I was told that I dont owe anything else. Someone else is charging me after I paid on Monday and I want a refund. Since i was already told i paid in full and i have my receipt.

I rented a moving truck at All Tire and Brake, finished up signing the contract, got the keys, and drove it back to my house. That's when I realized it had a lock on the latch on the back of the truck, so I couldn't open the back of the truck until I got the pad lock opened. So I called the rental place (All Tire and Brake) to ask for the combination, but I was told a lock wasn't supposed to be there. Well if that's the case, someone there didn't do their job. They told me to call 1-800-GO-UHAUL because they didn't know what to do, and I had to spend the next two hours getting transferred around on the phone hoping someone had the combination to the pad lock that "wasn't supposed to be there." I was told to take pictures of the lock, asked a bunch of ridiculous questions, and told to try numerous random combinations. I ended up opening the lock at the end of the two hour long ordeal when a random lock suggestion worked (this was the third person I spoke to and about the 7th lock combination suggestion). I felt like a total sucker. I can't believe I spent two hours fixing someone else's mess. I could've been done packing by then. Worst experience renting a truck in my life.

The truck Was OLD 157,000 ,miles, it needs to be replaced!! parts of the dash was falling off, the ign switch was hard to work, the parking brake was hard to release, there was a smell of burning oil in the cab the whole time I was driving it, UHAUL has made their $$ on this old truck, it needs to be replaced!!

I went to a close U-Haul location two days before I wanted to rent a truck and placed a reservation. When I arrived a U-Haul to rent the truck, they informed me that my reservation was reserved for another day. I had to drive an additional 15 miles to this location in Dacula, GA to rent a truck. This added to my mileage charge. As I returned the truck, the gentleman went outside to get the mileage on the truck, he proceeded to moved the truck and moved other trucks before he came in to check me out. If they cared about customer service, he would have check the mileage and then check me out. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes before checking out. This is just bad customer service all around.
