No one check to see if the equipment work I was changed for 3 days , although I returned it in less than 24 hours. Still trying to get my money back from uhaul. The location admit their error , but up to this point no refund.

Don't change people's location without telling them, let them know if their drop-off location is closed the next day when they drop-off and explain about online drop off, if closed let them know WHERE the FUCKING box is so they can drop off the key or atleast label it with a uhaul lable.

The service person was completely indifferent. He didn't provide any assistance with trailer placement (too busy with car repair customers or telephone calls). I had to ask for my receipt rather than him offering it. They just didn't care!

Everything, then they caused me extra money due to check in process and my order was wrong and they overcharged me when my rental was supposed to be one way. They kept calling my phone saying I didn’t return the truck. I will never do business with them again.

I initially was to pick a tuck up at Swags and Stuff in Atlanta and that was the worst location to have a rental. When I called not only did they not have my truck when I reserved it days in advance but they had ABSOLUTELY NO U HAULS available period. I was given a location that took me 45 additional minutes to get to and it was a 26’ truck. I have used uhaul a lot in the last 3 years but with this type of service I will think twice about calling them. U haul will ONLY b a last resort for me

The trailer I rented was filthy. All my furniture got dirty and there was a silver gummy film all over the bottom of the trailer. All my bins that were placed on the bottom had the same film on them. The 6 blankets I rented were not placed in the trailer. After my friend unloaded the trailer in Hahira he returned to a location in Valdosta I was informed he had to pick it up and take it to Hahira. En route the trailer had a malfunction. The manager told him it should not have been rented out to me. That trailer is on it’s way to repair. I believe a reimbursement should be issued for the blankets that I was not rented but paid for by me. My phone # is on the contract should corporate would like to contact me.

They screwed up my express reservation. Asked listed questions again. I reserved a tow dolly and they tried to give me an auto transport. Said they fixed it in computer but didn’t and made for a lot more work for the receiving uhaul folks who were great. I had to get them to move a truck so I could pull the dolly out by myself and get it to my truck. Dolly ran into my leg trying to move alone.Clerk that moved the truck sat in the AC and watched me hook the dolly up. No help or instructions given. When I got to the drop off location the pickup people had not fixed the mistake in the computer. It showed I had the auto transport. Receiving location spent a long time, while I waited, trying to get some one at U Haul to help fix this. She was passed from person to person and finally to a number that said that person was out till Monday. A copy of my messed up contract was made since they would have to work further to fix what the pickup location should have done in the first place. I was finally able to leave the drop off location and their staff took care of accepting/parking the dolly. Drop off folk were great. Pickup people need to get trained.

Driving the U Haul was easy and enjoyable, thanks for that- however, the people at All Tire and Brakes who rented me the truck seemed untrained. First i put the truck on hold through another U-haul provider at Hills Shop Road but since they didn't have one to rent they saw that All Tire And Brakes had one and the man helped me reserve it for 29.99 for picking up Saturday. But i decided to pick up Friday for a two day rental if it was available and it was. When I got there to pick up they said it was 59.99 a day for the truck and couldn't do anything about the fact that you have posters advertising the 15' truck for 29.99 a day. oKAY, So, before he rang card, I decided to call you all first about this discrepancy and a woman i spoke with was very friendly and helped them get the ring up to go right. Okay get in the U-haul all we looked at was the mileage on the full mark and the guy doesn't check the mileage with me( i didn't think at the moment that we needed to do that) anyway, I drive out the business and am sitting at the red light right in front of the business and thought to write my mileage down . 28690 Then after the light turned red, I drove the four miles to my house. I noted that it was 4 miles as I sat in the driveway cuz the odometer read 28694, I decided to see where on the contract the mileage was written cuz the guy at the desk at All tire and Brakes didn't point that out so I studied the contract. The print is a bit small, difficult to see even for someone with 20/20 vision. Nevertheless, I was shocked to see a discrepancy in the mileage I had recorded as the start mileage and the mileage that was on the contract - it wasn't in my favor- 16 miles difference. Anyway, I called you guys up about this and she said that she would note to give a 16 mile credit back to the account. Ok. I got off the phone and further studied the contract- (print to small) anyway I find another problem, I came earlier for a two day rental and said that to the man at All Tire Brake, two day rental. and I was shocked to see the contract said that the rental was for 17 hours only. Okay, I called your customer service representatives and talked with them about that and she was very nice and fixed it for me. Okay I get on with my busy evening and morning do the job with the U-haul. It was nice to drive and everything worked well. However, today as I am looking at what you all charged me for, I see that I was overcharged 16 miles and did not get that 16 mile credit. I counted 54 miles and you guys had 70 on there. That first day this happened I called those boys up there at All Tire and Brake in Dacula and told them that they were wrong not to check the mileage with me. I can only imagine how 16 mile discrepancy happens, but I am not happy about it. Now, I am telling everybody- If you rent a u haul or anything- be sure and check the mileage with the person who is renting it to you. I am not happy about this experienc

Your directions for dropping off should clearly state to put the key in the drop off box AFTER doing the check out steps on uhaul.com. I dropped in my key then realized I has to take pics of the odometer so I couldn't because the truck was already locked. Also I took a picture of the odometer beforehand but your checkout steps wouldn't allow me to use a pic from my gallery.

Owner called prior to trucks scheduled return claiming I was late returning the truck, which I wasn’t. Not sure if owner had dates mixed up or more system errors from Uhaul, but more friendly/open communication would be appreciated. While I wouldn’t necessarily give either store a negative review. I would say Uhaul as a brand/company didn’t win me over. Prior to this experience I didn’t even consider the competition. I will definitely be looking into other alternatives on next move. Uhaul, you need to fix your systems.

They do not have a jack to raise the tung of the trailer and expect you to hook the trailer up yourself. They don’t check and make sure all the lights are working before you leave like all other locations have done before. (I have rented over 5 trailers in the past 3 just last week and all other locations help you hook the trailer up and do an inspection before you leave.) when returning the trailer I also had to lift the trailer off the ball by hand because they do not have the jack to raise the trailer and will not help you unless you make them!

They charged me for $35 first day and they added 41 for the final bill for the first day and of $41+$64 for a total of $105 for the $24.95 trailer and $8 insurance. There was no justification offered for the markup. Was I swindled?

I've never had a positive experience with Uhaul. This time they rented our Uhaul out to someone else in our name. In the past, I've had uhauls break down on me 3 different times. You'd think I would have learned my lesson by now.

Rude and unprofessional. We dropped off both vehicles with rented materials split between the two and was charged for missing items that were actually in the second vehicle. I was left on hold, hung up on, and then promised a return phone call after I contacted Sean again. Moving is stressful enough! Since your company is part of the moving process, you might want to help your customers make the process seamless.

Be available. I reserved a vehicle. When I got to the location, the vehicle could not be accessed. I would like to say that the Regoinal manager, Paul, made quick decisions and rerouted me to another store, had me taken care of, and even gave me a $50 credit for my troubles. I give him a 5 rating for service.
