The 1st guy that gave me a truck that was in really bad shape didnt walk out to see if anything was wrong with it. The 2nd guy told me he was to busy to attend to me and took the keys from me with no walk around and no miles and gas check at all so I hope I will not have a problem with this. Over all I would say if you work in multiple areas say in 1 or 2 not 5 or 6, the guy was more interested in selling bootleg DVDs than taking me info down. So next time I need a truck I'll go to the one off of 160 and us1.

they are running a scam at this location. they offer one thing and then hit you with charges that are not true. I rented the truck from mr jose who changed my return time from original and said it was ok to return at 7 instead of 4. then when I returned the truck the young man mr. Kenneth who is totally disrespectful told me that the system was down but could check and confirm verbally that the truck was returned in time. he told me he couldn't do anything for 30 mins but would email me. now I see there are 2 charges eventhough I was under the estimated amount. they charged me for an extra day and extra day of insurance. they also charged me for gas when I returned the truck with same amount I received it with. I handed Kenneth a gas receipt of 5 gallons for the 45.8 minutes I used the truck for. this location has an extremely unethical person working for them Mr. Kenneth. He says one thing but does another. When I spoke to him on the phone about our conversation from the previous evening he couldn't remember his own words. I was there for a few minutes right around 7 you can check the cameras in that location to verify. once again he confirmed I returned the truck in time, processed later and charged me for an extra day. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. I have rented from u haul all my life for personal use and work use. this location is a bad example of the service they provide. Thanks

Had some issues (less gas than marked on contract) and really no instructions on after hours drop off but their customer service was excellent. Spoke with Kenny and Jose which were professional and efficient. They addressed my concerns and made my experience a good one. Thank you to them. This will be my u-haul rental location.

Uhaul needs to lower their mile rates

My contract was posted on another customer name. I had to call uhaul service center to instruct the service agent at site how to reverse. When I picked up rental not my self or the service agent noticed the name on the contact was wrong. When I returned the truck, I told the service agent before he closed out the bill that the information was wrong. I was told to call uhaul customer service to correct. I t took almost 45 minutes for the correction. FYI, I was told at first by the customer service representative that nothing could be done. When I persisted for over 10 minutes then the instructions were given to the local agent how to reverse transaction.

I was transferred from another store after making a reservation and my truck was not avaible. I drop off the truck before the 24 hour mark in the back and leave the keys as instructed. The store clerk charged me for 2 days after saying that the truck was not returned with no proof. The truck was back there and the keys in the box. He did not even verify if the truck was there. I would like a refund of the extra day.

The guy who was working when we dropped off the uhaul asked for a bribe to knock down how much he was going to charge for mileage. Also, when we tried to call in another time to ask a question about our reservation, the only store clerk working at the time didn’t speak English and we couldn’t communicate. It was really frustrating.
