The Winfield Indiana location was fine, and very nice lady. My first location in Crown Point I had a 20 foot truck. The battery wasn't good, so I had to go to the next location. Did some running around to get a truck.

This was the alternate location and was very helpful. However, the first location that I intended, and was informed to drop off at, was the crown point location @1670 E. North street. On Monday (1/28/19) the lady working in the morning was a disappointment in the customer service department. Not only did she steer me away saying she had “no room for a drop off” but she was bluntly rude about it. Nothing kind came from this woman at all. I wish I grabbed her name. But I’m sure she will know who this was intended for. Absolute dissatisfaction with that location! Will be leaving a 1 star review for them !!
