Take the customer info from their license rather than asking from a distance. The shop operation does cause some distraction while checking in and out. The selection of equipment was the best in the area and everything (dollies as well as the trucks) were like new. Would use them again for sure.

Unfortunately, I showed at the location I chose when making the reservation and was informed the item was located at a different address. Fortunately, the secondary location was only 10 minutes away, but would have been nice had I been notified beforehand. Otherwise, good equipment rental and will return.

There was a scheduling conflict with another customer. My appointment was through customer service, while another was online. The online scheduler was on top of me the whole time I was finalizing the contract inside, and trying to convince me to let them use the vehicle outside up until the point I hopped in and drove away.

They said we had to pay for two days but could ask for the extra day back from drop off because we only needed it for a few hours but this didn't happen so when I dropped off the trailer I was robbed of $50. Also they charged $100 dollars for Deposit when it was a $75 deposit. I will not be using this thieving service again in the future.

Was charged for equipment I didn't use then when I try to bring it to there attention the lady was extremely rude, argumentative, and then hung up on me! Charging people for items they did not use or buy is fraudulent.

I waited for over an hour to pick up my U-Haul because their system “wasn’t working” but they checked in or out three other U-Haul in that time frame. I was suppose to receive a FREE dolly due to the wait. The dolly was not in the truck and I was charged for it! I was also charged for 1 furniture pad which was not in the truck. Awful customer service. I will never go back and I will definitely be letting others know that this location is awful! The last time we rented a U-Haul in town I rented it up the road from a gas station and the experience was so easy and the the people were so nice. Not here. I rented a 17’ truck w/ a dolly and 6 furniture pads. What I got was a 26’ truck and nothing else. Ridiculous!!! I’d ask for a partial refund due to the awful experience but I’m sure that would take four hours.

The girl erroneously recorded the mileage to overbill me. I set the trip meter and used 72.3 miles. I also filled the tank for Approximately $14 four an a half gallons. Are used vehicle locally. The girl somehow manipulated the numbers to indicate that I used 221 miles. When I resisted she told me that they would investigate it on the management level and there was nothing she could do. I resisted more and asked her not to bill my account with the erroneous amount she said she had checked the mileage on the truck going back to the first of the month and that no one had complained about it. I don’t think it could’ve been accidental because the numbers have to be manipulated in the computer. I know exactly what addresses I went to win from that I know exactly where I went and I have witnesses as to where I was all day. After I confronted the woman a giant man who work there physically and verbally assaulted me as I was Leaving when I realized I would not get any satisfaction I indicated that I would have my bank charged back there false charges and that I would have it investigated at that point the man followed me to my truck and began screaming that he would rape me kill me and murder me. And I told him I was outside of his building and leaving and he used his big body to pin me in my truck and screams like a maniac how he would kill me and raped me and destroy me. Then he hollered at me to go apologize to the lady which I did because he seemed as though he would kill me in a second he was so out of control. I feared for my life. Then one of his associates told him to calm down. And he let me leave. I am very upset. And this may become a police matter. This should be relayed to someone in the corporate headquarters I am deeply offended deeply upset and deeply concerned about this behavior.

I was deceived about my charges regarding a one way. I was misinformed that if the equipment was dropped off a day early, there would be a prorated charge for the day instead of the two allowed. Then when I called customer service about it, some sassy woman got on the phone and instead of saying....sorry Mr. Customer, you were misinformed by the rental location, she told me, " that's the rules, you should know thw rules of renting". I'll think twice about renting any equipment again. I guess Penske will be the only option. I'm sure this is going to fall in deaf ears anyway!
