The person that checked me out was nice, they just dont have a good inventory system so i had to delay my plans to drive an extra 40 minutes to get furniture pads elsewhere.

I was very annoyed and inconvenienced when UHaul changed my pick up location. I had hired helpers so instead of 10 minutes to get the truck to my house it was a 2hr roundtrip. Not a good way to do business. I will not recommend UHaul.

The man in charge of the rentals had no clue what he was doing. It took over 40 minutes to get my truck. He never returned the truck from the previous rental and therefore could not rent it to me

Some minor problems. Strap on trailer to tie down wheels slipped and loosened up as we were driving. Should have cruise control in vehicles to help safe and suggested cruising speeds. Especially when towing a vehicle

UHaul's computer system is the WORST! I submitted the pictures of my driver's license via my phone after receiving the text to do so; however, the computer system failed to show the files and said there were no pictures/files present. After 3 attempts, it finally worked only to have the system say that my license was expired which it wasn't. Hats off to the man renting the equipment to me as he was finally able to make it work. Poor planning and execution of the computer systems at UHaul! Fire your network engineers and software writers. You need new ones.

Make sure more than one person is working at the location so he/she can serve the multiple customers pouring in. Make sure that the persons working have a clue what they are doing. Make sure they know how to use a computer. Stuff like that.

Overall location was good and served the intended purpose (drop off of out of town truck). Not a full Uhaul location so tough to compare to other sites. Staff during the day was friendly and knowledgeable. Nightstaff didn't know anything about the Uhaul operation. Would recommend for it's utility and convenience.

The check engine light is on, looks like there may be an issue with oil pressure. Gordonâ€™s is always great though!!

Perhaps have a confirming check list of operations before sending equipment out. We picked up our truck. At a seperate location The trailer seems to have been the cause of our mishaps. All locations are professional and friendly. This was just an incident of equipment issues. Roadside assistance from Jack's Towing service was 5 stars. Thank you for allowing them to stay with us until we were safe.

Get the agent a new computer ( not an obsolete Acer) and maybe I could have picked up the truck in less than 1/2 hour, and yes I did check in online a day before going for the truck.

They didnâ€™t have a utility dolly so gave me an appliance dolly. I really wasnâ€™t familiar with that, but it worked fine. All in all very easy and convenient.

Truck was not clean and was not ready on agreed time. 35 minutes to pickup truck and go over all information I gave online.

We reserved at the Liberty Ave location in Pittsburgh and needed to take a $70 Uber ride to Cranberry Township to get our 10' truck instead of a $7 Uber ride to the location we had reserved. While the truck was excellent and Gordons Mini Mart was good, this bait and switch approach to business that is an accepted practice by U-Haul is not one that most businesses would be able to sustain. An acceptable remedy would be to reimburse the customer the difference in Uber fares.
