Adan H.Very rude and disrespectful. They charged me more than I was supposed to be charged. That wasn't the thing that triggered me. What triggered me was their racism. They told me they couldn't understand what I was saying. I knew I was supposed to get an email when I returned the car. I didn't receive any until the day after. They told me to come back when I learn how to speak English or when I “become Americanâ€
