Truck was reserved a week prior to pick up. Arrived at reserved location to find no staff present. A rep called while I was awaiting staff to appear and attempted to reach someone at the location. She tried for over 20 minutes while I waited outside in 90+ temperature. The phone rep was apologetic and told me I'd receive a $50 credit on my account for my troubles because there were no available uhauls in the area. Well, I did not, or have not received a credit (it's been a week). Terrible experience. When moving, the only thing I should've had to worry about was moving......not worry about whether the reserved truck would be available.

Very poor service. Took 45 mins to check me IN even after me doing everything online. Then gave me a truck with incorrect fuel reading for which I had to go back in to get that corrected. As soon as I drove half a mile, I noticed that the Miles reading that was given to me on paper from the actual had a difference of 20 miles. I had to return immediately to get that corrected too. Really bad experience with Uhaul. I had to pay $40 extra to the helpers who were there on time to help with movement. Totally unacceptable service and a poor experience.

I was suppose to drop the U-Haul tow-dolly at another location an the people their was not helpful an the manager of the facility on summer was rude an not helpful at all so what I’m saying is if it’s part of U-Haul I didn’t see why I couldn’t drop it off at his location very confusing.but where I rented from the young lady was very nice.



Ensure you have a dolly for rental. I was able to use the furniture dolly which was helpful.

When I rented this uhaul I put in my prefered location for the moving equipment. When I went to pick it up they said it wasn't there and I had to drive an additional 8 miles to the other location and 10 miles back to my home to start moving so I had to pay for an extra 18 miles to get it go home and bring it back when I was done! I was very disappointed I wasn't even notified. In the future I hope communication will be better so customers don't have to pay for the mistake.



I originally reserved online to pick up a Uhaul truck at 7 am using mobile App at this location on 01/27/18. However, when I started to pick up, there was an error message saying the equipment is not ready and asking me to call an emergency number (respond 24/7). Nobody picked up the phone or replied to me after I called the number multiple times and left messages every time. I also called the Uhaul customer service multiple times. But none of these work. Finally, the representative in the Uhaul customer service tole me that I have to wait until somebody showed up in the office so that I can pick up the truck. 1. This is my first time using Uhaul mobile App to pick up a truck. If it does not work, don't even put in the market. It causes troubles. I probably won't ever use this service again. 2. Because the delay of picking up a truck, it delayed my appointment with the movers and delayed my appointment with my meetings and ruined my whole weekend. 3. The representative in the service center promised to send me $50 credit that I never received. It is such a bad experience.
