The door was difficult to open on the trailer due to the exterior panels catching on the insulating track. At one point, we didn’t think that the door was going to be able to be opened.

The customer service was great! I noticed that the mileage was incorrect on the paperwork as compared to that on the odometer in the truck (by 56 miles). I had taken a photo of the dashboard to document the mileage and gas level when I picked up the truck and the staff used the photo to verify the mileage and correct the charge. They were kind and apologetic and thankfully they corrected the error. Thanks Coralville U-Haul!

We have used the self-service option before without any issues, but this time was very different. There was no equipment associated with our order, so we had to wait for someone to physically come to the store. That wasted over 20 minutes for our move. When we opened the truck, it had rocks everywhere from a previous move and none of the moving equipment that we had purchased was inside. Overall, it was a very poor experience, which is disappointing. I have always had good experiences in the past, but next time, we might have to look at other companies.

I think I was the last pickup of the day--15 minutes before they clised. So, while they went over all the informatiin, I felt just a bit "rushed" through. Didn't get a chance to really think through the information to ask questions.

Your employee did not greet me when I entered the building. He was very rude when he asked me if I was going to have the truck back by close and I said I’m not sure, I’ll try to. He said “that’s 3 hours from now and you said you needed 2 hours” (what I said when asked how long I needed it was I’m not exactly sure, I’m going to Cedar Rapids and back, so maybe a couple hours). I returned the vehicle 10 minutes after close and the same employee was parking another truck near where I dropped the truck off at. I asked him if he would like me to put the keys in the mailbox or just hand them to him, to which he replied “we are closed so put just put them in the box and we will get to it tomorrow,” and as I started for the box he said “just give them to me I’ll take them,” grabbed them from me and went straight to the door and pulled it shut behind him.

I tired the online 'pick-up' to save time and not go in to pick up the truck. However the process didn't work and I had to go inside. The issue was the first question about location. My location app was running but I was prompted to try again. They looked at it inside as well, but without any luck.

truck had trash under seat from previous use. I returned my vehicle at 1/2 full and three hours late, Why was I charged 298.00 more besides 198.00.

I never used a motorcycle trailer before and was worried about using one. The information on the trailer was great and my trip of 120 miles with it was a breeze.

The gas cap wasn't screwed on properly. I didnt notice until I had to fill up. I averaged less then 5 miles per gallon due to a open gas cap.

So if normal customers get a rental for 24hrs but I only got mine for 11 hrs because they gave me a reserved truck, shouldn't I have only been charged half price since that's the amount of time I had the truck for. When I asked the manager about that it I got a rude ass response. Is it also normal for your employees to allow people to look around customers vehicles in the parking lot
